Matthew has come around to thinking there's more to CMKX than a typical penny stock scam.The never ending court case doesn't fit and the SEC paying TOL doesn't fit.Lot's of things don't fit the scam story including Robert Maheu getting involved.The whole thing fits a successful sting and a secret settlement.Acca's job fit as did his frustration as things dragged on.Des confirmed Acca was paid by the Maheus for 7 years.Des was convinced the money was already collected and protected by 2006.This never changed.Acca was asked to resurface and he did and Des was still standing with Acca until Peter Maheu died in 2016.A $200 billion settlement fits as we have seen TPTB will print trillions to bail out players and prop up the system as they did with the 2008 crisis and the pandemic.I believe the CMKX settlement was the beginning of this now well established behavior.I believe we will see our money after the DOJ restitution show ends as the "legal play" will finally be over.I believe the .40pps is the real deal.Everything Fits!IMO!

Check out this thread... There is a big push how to get the Nevada DOJ to hurry and dispurse our money no matter how small... so our supposed trusts can be dispursed. Remember when Acca said don't worry about how small that first payment is... it is the key to open the floodgates. Nevada DOJ doesn't acknowledge that we have trusts... but I think there is proof the money was collected. So we anxiously wait for the next Town Hall with the DOJ. |

I contacted TOL a couple of months ago and asked them if the DOJ has ever asked for, or subpoenaed a shareholder list from them. Their reply was, "No." She didn't say they didn't have one . . . just the DOJ has never asked for one. |

I really don’t care to debate the veracity of their messages, only if they actually nailed it , because I reflect back to the supreme ct testimony of Hodges and the judge discussion on funds turned over by numerous sources in settlements. I’ve pretty much resigned from posting at this point, but do not wish to see people rely on inaccurate statements. Hodges never gave testimony to the Supreme Court. Never. Not State, nor National. When he did testify in court...the recording many have heard... it was not an evidentiary hearing. He could make any claim he desired because he would not be asked to prove anything at that time. Proof would be required when it reached the next level. It never did. I’m not saying his testimony at the time was or was not accurate...but in the spirit of veracity, SCOTUS chose not to hear the case. The effective result being (as Hodges posted himself) no one will be able to effectually sue the Gov over CMKX in the future. |

The undeniable proof of CMKX NSS is in Exhibit 17 from the May 2005 SEC Hearing. I obtained it under FOIA and there is clear proof in there. Leslie pulled one over on Judge Murray. I spoke to Judge Murray a couple of years ago. She not only didn't care, she had glowing words for Hakala. Happy Fourth, the Republic has been compromised. RIP Al Hodges!!! |

Website is only for the establishing correct identities of SH, number of shares, certificates etc. Once that is available, the website will be taken down in late Aug 2021. This will be compared with MSL, if one or more is available. Other avenue will be explored to establish , current list of SH. ...................................................................................................................... Certain ,documents, items informations etc are needed to move forward legally to get justice for SH. Best wishes |

Matt has explained this in his room. If you want to know who he is and what he is about go over to his site. He has said this numerous times. I have checked him out myself and he is legitimate.
But personal information that is laughable at best. Most on here are exposed already using the same email, names, User names etc over and over again. Like using your real name when you sign up say for a AOL email. All that info is entered into a data base and stored for years. You just have to know how to go get it. I did it for a person here years ago and sent him a picture of his house on google ! Then once I have that I go look up your taxes and bam got ya again ! Look at your recorded mortgage etc ! All public record !
Name, address, phone all exposed because people do not understand or know how to be a ghost on the net. So most on here are not hiding, you just have not been exposed yet ! As long as your not giving out your SS #, I would not worry about it. Another EXAMPLE Facebook etc you use a fake name but sign up with your real name and its on the URL of face book and I got ya. Some on here have put there real DOB and let people see it in this forum, got ya ! Just my thoughts !

Matt and Mark, you haven’t launched a website... all you’ve done is used wufoo.com, on online form builder site, to post a form to collect our personal information! When are you going to launch the website that explains who you are, what exactly you’re doing, how having a master shareholder list will help when past company management, past company lawyers, the SEC, the DOJ, the NOBO/OBO list, past and present transfer agents, CECE & Co and the DTCC already have that information? And again, wouldn’t the law firm that’s supporting this cause have the legal power to be able to acquire that information from any of those entities mentioned and wouldn’t the “law firm” request our information if we chose to be included in the case... why are just a group of independent shareholders trying to collect this data? |

The same thing was said last year about a reset and asset backed currency and the year before that and the year before that, and on and on. You keep your certs and won’t cost you anything, just register your shares to prove you are a real shareholder. Or just continue waiting for somebody to do something to help.
