1.Deadline 22nd Aug. 2. Verification will take 2 weeks or so. If needed team will contact you.( verification will be done by mid Sept 2021) 3.Make sure your computer, phone etc is working 4. Contract may be available around mid Sept 2021. 5. You will have 2 weeks time to review and sign it. 6. If did not sign contract within specified time period, you will not be a client. CW, If in the contract they send out, the information you need to make a final decision in not disclosed, then don't sign the contract. It is their choice as to if and when and what information they want to disclose. Then it is our choice to accept or reject what they have to offer. DBCMKX If all your information is enough to verify you as a shareholder, you will receive a contract to review. If the info does not qualify you as a shareholder you will not get a contract and you will not be included in this effort. If you or anyone you get to review it with you don’t like it, don’t sign it and you will not be included in this effort. Sign the contract and then you are included. The decision is totally yours and yours alone. But please don’t wait to the last minute. Deadline is August 22, 12 noon central time sharp to submit. |

You must be a shareholder to get a contract. At that point... only shareholder who sign the contract will get information as they said.

At this point if you need to be convinced that you are not getting your money without some sort of intervention or other methods used after 20 years (2001 cybermark) then that's the problem. So just sit and wait its your right !
Me I will take my chances with Wes because if he cannot do it then we are doomed period ! But until then I am all in because I hear nothing but crickets in reference to CMKX now.

One more question. How are we dealing the purchase date question ? My shares were bought on multiple dates. Thanks You don't need to worry about that.... optional. One of my certs was late arriving so I noted the time frame those shares were purchased. |

I am getting some questions about lost certificates . Sorry to say , its getting late. But 1.Enter '0000001" against certificates no 2.Put full name of certificates holder. 3. Under 'comment'.... explain the circumstances in detail. Don't be economical with truth ............................................................................................................................................. Contact brokerage firm. Print out all transactions for the year when you bought . for example 2003, 2004 and 2005. Ameritrade still has all transaction history . Get as much information as possible. ............................................................................................................................. Contact TOL for certificates. They may or may not have it, but try anyway. Send email to 'daniel@transferonline.com' and try to get certificates. .......................................................................................................... Verification process is going on . They may take couple of weeks to finish the task. If you could not be established as a bonafide SH/ Representative, you may be left out. So act now. Some 'big' players , who were at loggerheads have joined this effort. Very surprising , but we all are very happy that they have joined whole heartedly in this effort. All past history and bitterness has been put aside and they all are co-operating. Not at liberty to disclose their names , its up to Matt to do if he feels to do so. Roughcut You said that I am key member of the team. Actually the key members are Mat and Mark. Besides Dave , Gina are great help. Two very important person joined the team with lot of relevant information/documents . I do discuss logistics etc. I am very busy in my work/profession and Matt is fully aware of this.
