Just checked my TOL account and now we have access to a statement holding form for CMKX. You will find it under the stock holding section and that is brand new.
They also added a new certificate ID example 123-456.

If they have the Master Shareholders List, they'd know EXACTLY how many shareholders there were... 200K is far fetched, by any stretch of the imagination.
MZ seems like a nice enough guy, but some of his and Cottrell's theories are waaaaay out there...

05/25/2021 Update Our military intel contact has been leaned on to be quiet like others but he is able to confirm that his info is the same as MarkZ’s sources and Shiela’s (CMKX) that the release is to be over between now & Sat 29 May and we are to be watching for notifications any time: . ..MarkZ Tue 25 May: Gets a text from Sheila (expert on CMKX and currencies) . ..Sheila: “Hi Mark, I believe that between today and Saturday [29 May] this will all be over. Our new banking system is ready to go officially on [Tue] June 1st. Everyone should be watching for an email notification.” . ..MZ: …There are a tremendous amount of people who agree with her right now. Greetings, Tomorrow will bring us some clarification. Some of it good for some of us, some not so good for others! But not great news for any of us! With this being said, I want to wish all of you a great weekend! Pray for those who gave all! This is their Memorial Day! May 28, 2021 US Attorney Call Summary
Presented Tony Lopez, Chief of Nevada DOJ White Collar Division
- Overview provided of previous webinar: - CMKM is the largest of several companies; didn't conduct regular business ops, false press releases, and issued billions of shares for their own profit
- NSS is not addressed because they believe it was a rumor started by the insiders
- Three leaders: Turino, Edwards, & UC. Restitution not possible since none were sentenced before passing away.
- Vissokovsky (66 YO) is sole remaining defendant; may have charges dropped against him at request of several people. Dismissal would not alter the restitution timeline. Tony is seeking public input on his dismissal at USANV.CMKM@usdoj.gov
- Vast majority of ordered restitution is not collected. No assets for CMKM were seized before/with criminal charges.
- More than 1,000 requests for victim status; amount collected is currently less than $25 per victim/applicant.
- The legend of a "Dollar per share" rumor: The USANV office isn't looking into this, since it's not a crime to investigate. But Tony cautions that it is probably a "if it sounds too good to be true, it probably isn't" situation.
- Restitution: - The Four Elements of Restitution reviewed: Loss does not include expected gains, only restoration of what victims actually paid. Gifted shares get nothing, because they had no out-of-pocket losses.
- Still working on list of verified victims; will be reaching out via email where additional info is needed.
- Tony wants to wrap this up ASAP.
- Next townhall in July 2021. Further questions should be directed to: USANV.CMKM@usdoj.gov

I think the Town Hall went fine, that is very fair that they will let us sign a declaration stating our purchase price. (Mine was .0001 the lowest you can get). But, this restitution case has nothing to do with our payment from the brokers who paid in to avoid criminal prosecution (i.e. our trust). SO, we have to move forward from this DOJ case to the bigger payout we are all hoping and praying for. Treadstone said I agree with you, cynthiadivine. I think Matt Kulig and his people are going after the trust side of things. Hopefully we will hear from him as to what the group have found so far. Have a great Memorial Day long week-end.  |

Hey Steve, What I got from the webinar is that no assets were seized at the point when charges were filed, and that they can't collect assets until after sentencing...and since no one was sentenced, there's little to no assets to distribute. With Respects, C-Dub |

Most often it seems, it’s not what is said but what is not said that fueled rumors. Gates said he didn’t find a Trust but hasn’t said it’s a fait accompli. Frizz said there was no naked short but didn’t dismiss a fail to deliver. This DOJ attorney said this action isn’t tied to a Trust or some $1 a share fine— but he didn’t say those options were folly. It’s all a mixed bag and no one to date has called a spade a spade. What does it take to be over after 16 years past revocation? |
