BTW, the team has already pursued quite a few so called trusts and assets etc. Approached friends of friends of friends ( you got the point).
Talked to people who claimed to have either first hand knowledge or pretty close to source. Nothing came out.

As much as we would love to see the contract before entering our cert information, we will get a copy to sign.

If I understand correctly, we have to enter our cert information AND sign the contract to make the agreement binding.


..... so it is not a binding contract until we sign.

We do need information as requested .We all know, there are bad apples in every sphere of life. It is very possible that some bad apple may try to put information, which is fake and misleading . They may try to get compensation, though legally they are not entitled to. We are keeping very close watch , checking each and every information.
( Example. Lets say a SH has sold his shares to Deli, but has made copies of his certificates and kept a copy of all documents. Though, presently he doesn't own any legitimate shares as he sold them, he can still put those information . The MSL is old one, and his/her name may still be there on that list. The response is getting better and lot of SH are sending information. Not trying to convince SH to send information, just stating the FACT, AS IT IS.

It has been formed. Tax ID etc is obtained. End of this month or early August , the contract should be ready as well. CW is very busy with other cases , and he is the one going to prepare the contract. 10% fees will be charged on all collected money as per contract.

No, we are not immoral people.
So, please let me explain.

Figures are hypothetical , but principle are correct.
Lets say 5000 SH , submitted and signed agreement. The total no of shares are ,say, 5 billion.
There are 10,000 SH did not sign and they have 10 billion shares.
The 'other entity; agrees to pay , say 1 dollar per share. This entity will pay only for 5 billion shares as the corporate is representing them. The entity will decline to pay for other 10 billion shares which is not being represented by this corporation. Moreover, the corporation will not ask for any money for those SH who did not sign contract, as that would be illegal.
So, remaining 10,000 SH will have to approach directly to the entity to get paid. Good luck.
Its as simple as that.
So, if you don't want to participate , we won't bother you at all. Only thing you need to do is to talk to the entity yourself.

Make sure you do your own due diligence and do not rely on rumors or other opinions.
