Greetings CMKX Owners Group members,
Our office this morning received a second batch of certs from Ameritrade. This bundle of certs included approximately 1,200 certs and most of them had an issuance date of May 15, 2006. Work has begun to have those certs entered into our database. The cover letter says we can expect 200 more in the next few days.
We are receiving calls from shareholders wanting to know when to expect the Entourage distribution. I do not have the answer to that question. Many people are wanting to know if they should continue to request their certificates. Yes, you should continue to request your certificates. Once you have received your cert (whether it was issued before or after May 15, 2006) please fax the cert to the Task Force. (www.cmkmtaskforce.com) The company does not intend to deprive any bonafide shareholder of his or her distribution. There has been no extension of the May 15, 2006 deadline. There has been no discussion of extending the deadline. Clearly there are shareholders with extenuating circumstances and all circumstances will be considered by the Task Force. Therefore, continue your efforts to obtain your certs and send them to the Task Force.
The Task Force has not met with Helen Bagley as of the time of this update. First Global is continuing to issue certs at the request of several brokers.
I expected some word from the company this week regarding a press release. I have not received any information on when the next press release from the company will be issued.

Thats a good start.......... but if they did not get their certs requested by the 15th they are not bona fide..... they are late!

Golfer....can you please stop blaming the company for Owners Group Updates. These are unofficial updates from a completely independent person. Respect the deadline? So far as per the update these certs are post dated May 15th which was the deadline. No reason to pull your hair out over this. |

Well since they are still in the process of accepting certs, I don't think its very feasible that we are going to see any form of payment anytime soon......imo Hope I'm wrong.....  |

The update clearly states that there has been NO extension. Well, I might be wrong here but if the T/A is still issuing certs and the Taskforce is still counting them, that is an extension.
No problem here "leave no one behind", that is fine with me. Just tell me what to expect.

So is this 200 going to be the last or is there going to be a constant trickle until the cows come home. Also Fizz mentions there are other brokers requesting certs.

I would hope that the company would be able to "act" without waiting for EVERY straggler who happens to turn in their cert.. but I guess if we are waiting to figure out a payout ratio based on the total number of shares out there.. we might need to grab another snickers bar..lol |

This could go on for some time. I just don't understand why a deadline is set and ignored. The deadline was to have your certs faxed in by that day. Am I right here? This is why many shareholders were in a panic to get there certs and have them faxed in...by 5/15!
With what's going on now, the brokers/MM's could delay things for weeks, simply by sending in certs at alternative times. If we're still accepting certs at this time, where's the incentive for them not to do this. They'll buy as much time as they can, if it's allowed. And apparantly, it is.
A deadline is a deadline...period. I'm surprised Mahue/TF is allowing this to go on.

Remember the post on RB a couple days ago from nufced where he stated he called the TA and they said they were DONE??
A few more frequent updates from Frizzell and we can keep these people that like to stretch the truth out of the picture.
