Greetings CMKX Owners Group members, Our office this morning received a second batch of certs from Ameritrade. This bundle of certs included approximately 1,200 certs and most of them had an issuance date of May 15, 2006. Work has begun to have those certs entered into our database. The cover letter says we can expect 200 more in the next few days. We are receiving calls from shareholders wanting to know when to expect the Entourage distribution. I do not have the answer to that question. Many people are wanting to know if they should continue to request their certificates. Yes, you should continue to request your certificates. Once you have received your cert (whether it was issued before or after May 15, 2006) please fax the cert to the Task Force. (www.cmkmtaskforce.com) The company does not intend to deprive any bonafide shareholder of his or her distribution. There has been no extension of the May 15, 2006 deadline. There has been no discussion of extending the deadline. Clearly there are shareholders with extenuating circumstances and [glow=red,2,300] all circumstances will be considered by the Task Force. [/glow] Therefore, continue your efforts to obtain your certs and send them to the Task Force. The Task Force has not met with Helen Bagley as of the time of this update. First Global is continuing to issue certs at the request of several brokers. I expected some word from the company this week regarding a press release. I have not received any information on when the next press release from the company will be issued. Onward! Bill  |

I agree....as a matter of fact, there should really be no reason to at least come out very soon and inform us that "negotiations are currently in the process." At least let us know something. I do appreciate everything Bill is doing for us but his updates never boost my confidence......LOL Like I always say, I guess I'll never miss what I haven't ever had  Oh well......onward  The update clearly states that there has been NO extension. Well, I might be wrong here but if the T/A is still issuing certs and the Taskforce is still counting them, that is an extension. No problem here "leave no one behind", that is fine with me. Just tell me what to expect. only on a case by case basis.. I would hope that the company would be able to "act" without waiting for EVERY straggler who happens to turn in their cert.. but I guess if we are waiting to figure out a payout ratio based on the total number of shares out there.. we might need to grab another snickers bar..lol |

Atrade should be made to suffer something. How long have they know about the deadline??? These people still think they can do whatever they want.  Hades That's what is on my mind also. They had 8 months to do this, but no, they wait till the very last minute to deliver boxes of certs. Same with Etrade. That just doesn't sound right. |

Bring the pain on Ameritrade and the rest of these brokers still requesting certs for their customers.
How about a small cash payment to the bona fide cert holders. That will get their phones ringing.

Remember the post on RB a couple days ago from nufced where he stated he called the TA and they said they were DONE?? A few more frequent updates from Frizzell and we can keep these people that like to stretch the truth out of the picture. blue I have known nufced on RB for many years and SHE is good people, IMO. I honestly think she was relaying what the TA told her. |

It would be a real shame if AmeriTrade were to start receiving thousands of phone calls per day, from people asking them numerous questions and basically wasting "their" time... They seem to like to play games, so I'm sure they wouldn't mind.  |

What if we were to ALL call them and ask if we can be of assitance in getting the rest of their certs out tomorrow. I'll do it..... who wants to?? I will commit to 2 phone calls tomorrow. |

Thanks to Frizzel for the update. It appears he doesn't know anymore than we do but at least acknowledges the shareholders.
Very PO'd we haven't received communication from the company. Just wrong of them.

Just tell me what to expect. and... since there seems to be no statement about when they will stop accepting certs or even requests for them, there is an extension and it's an open ended one. How are the procrastinators being punished?? Why are they allowed to blow us off like this and mosey on in to this cert pull. What's going to keep the big brokerage houses from seeing this kind of leniency as a sign that the TF is not serious.. I'm not happy about this update...  |

I don't agree. I think this only proves that this has absolutely nothing to do with a cert pull. Continuing the pull beyond the deadline only diminishes what we would receive. No one talks about this at the TF. They are concerned with getting everyone on board which means dilution to those of us who responded early is not of importance. I do think this will go on for a bit longer. They have to clear everything out and I have no idea if this will take two, three or four weeks -- surely, not longer than that. I agree this just doesn't sound right...
My first instinct after reading Frizzel's latest was 'hurry up and wait'
my next thought was where's that can of BS spray when you need it (lol).
Why all the stalling???
Sooner or later certs being counted just isn't going to work.

and we still have tommorow yet.. according to our belgians the ipo will be june 5 or 6..

I thought this update was enlightening.. Not so much because of what it says, but because of what it didn't say....
It didn't say, that the TF is aware of the rumors circulating that we are going to receive a payment by the end of the month and that this rumor is not true and should not be believed.. How many times has he debunked those rumors? But not this time..... Hmmmmmmmmmm
