This latest note from Bill Frizzell leaves more questions than answers.
I believe Bill when he said Mano never spoke to him and that he did not negotiate any deals simply because he is not an official of the company.
BUT why did Jay Adobe back the Belgium's many weeks ago.
Of all the mysterious posters, Jay was articulate, persuasive and reassuring. Of course that does not mean he had inside information but it seemed that way.
Bill has no real information to relay to the shareholders because he is not part of the decision-making management team.
The rumor that Kevin West would be appointed interim CEO turned out to be true.
The rumor about a conglomerate forming could also turn out to be true. Bill does not review any of the recent JV announcements. He does not discuss DeBeers leaving FALC. He does not analyze any of the Press Releases that seems to point to a coming together of various mining companies in the FALC.
Also, didn't Mark Faulk say he had absolute proof that our company was part of a gov't sting operation? The sting theory was also another rumor floating on the boards. Bill does not address all the other major rumors that might turn out to be true.
So I would take what he says about his own actions as true but hope that some of the other more possible scenarios discussed as "rumors" may have a good dose of truth to them.
Another words, my fellow shareholders, look at the positive aspects to the current situation...a successful cert pull. New interim CEO. DeBeers is out! etc. Have a great day and do not despair while we wait for official word. GLTA.

even though there is an attitude that all the info is now out in the open,I think I will wait until the end of the movie to give my opinion.
Still alot of the show left to view and making a decision now who is the good guy/bad guy is premature. imo

I guess it depends on how you look at it. When Mano states that Frizzell has negotiated a deal whereby we don't have to pay taxes, that is pretty specific. If I were Frizzell, knowing that is false information, I would be pretty alarmed that someone is spreading my name around with false information. Remember, Frizzell is receiving all kinds of calls from shareholders trying to validate this information. Why not just send out a notice to everyone and clear it up.
We have all had a chance to see Frizzell's style over the past two years. He does not have loose lips. I doubt seriously that he spilled the beans to someone that happened to call him.
Just my opinion, however. Realize there are different opinions and I accept them.

The letter came to all bona fide shareholders via email. f4d, I am bonified and I didn't receive the e-mail? G1  edit: Guess I should have read the rest of the thread first!  did you check your junk mail...? that's where mine was.... |

Do you all seriously believe that the "letter" from "Bill" that audreyhepburn wrote on this board is legit? He is an attorney, therefore, his grammar leads to a more professional prose than what was written in that "letter". Some people tend to believe EVERYTHING that they read. While others, dissect it to find the "truth". Please don't believe everything you read. As an attorney, Bill will not respond one way or the other to ANY "rumors". That is not an attorney's style. This is just someone's attempt to cast more doubt in everyones mind. That is really sad, especially when we are all in this together. What will be, will be, and no one can change that! It is now time for the moderators on this fine board to ban the Belgians in light if Frizzles info on their outrighjt lies. The Belgians, if in fact they are Belgians and not just pumpers working for MMs or Deli are likely a scam/pumper group and should be banned. Prove me wrong Belgians by being right 1 time out of your 500,000+ predictions with your insider"special banker" info and I will apologize in person and come to Brussels and buy ya'll a months worth of free cocktails - vintage Belgian beer, which I do really, really love! I own 500,000,000 shares, talked 50 of my friends into buying this stock and have been in this thing for over 4 years and have had enough of the garbage mano posts. I know, I know, don't read them if you don't take them with a grain of salt, and just treat them as moral boosting ficiton, have fun with them, blah, blah balh, blah but it is time for mano and his cronies to to be held accountable - enough is enough - if they are just trying to mess with people's minds and get kicks from that they must be banned!!!! F4D: thanks for that suggestion Fish. Didn't get an e-mail either and always had before this. Just sent an e-mail to the "updates" address letting them know and asking why. P.S. always appreciate your posts. I don't post much (usually just do a quick look over the board every day) but do enjoy reading your posts.

We received our update on the 25th. But we're not sure what to believe as awhile back, when Frizzell went to Vegas, to my recollection he couldn't give much info as he had signed a non disclosure. Now he states he has never signed any non disclosure. So, we're still up in the air on this recent update from him. Not sure what this is really about. |
