Dear CMKX Shareholders,
You have not received any updates of late because I am in receipt of no information to give you. Kevin West is very much aware that you are in need of information and I know if he were able to give you information he would do so. I do not know why he cannot respond to you. It is my understanding that the interpleader is being drafted and it will be filed sooner than later. I have been given no time schedule.
I decided to do this brief update because a few board posters have been having quite a time publishing false information and involving me by name in their posts. It has been reported that I have been involved in some settlement negotiations and that I have orchestrated some deal involving tax free benefits. There is absolutely no truth to these rumors. The creator of these rumors has committed a terrible disservice to his or her fellow shareholders by disseminating false information. The connection of these rumors to actions that I have allegedly taken personally is not only false but may subject someone to legal liability if it was proven that such information was disseminated maliciously.
The reasons for this long period of no information are unknown to me. If you want to speculate that there is a problem getting some settlement deal worked out, feel free to think that way. I am aware of no facts that will support such a thought process. I hope for all the shareholders (myself included) that there is something going on that is beneficial to us. It is simply an outright lie for someone to state that I have been personally involved in such negotiations, when I have not be so involved. Unfortunately, these type of rumors sometimes cause people to make buying or selling decisions even though this stock is not a publicly traded stock.
I have received several well intentioned emails from shareholders suggesting that I or the company should take some legal action and direct that cease and desist orders be put in place to stop such nonsense. I do not represent the company nor can I speak for their intentions in this regard. I know of no lawsuit nor legal action that can be taken which would cause a Judge somewhere to order that the general public should stop posting lies or unfounded rumors on message boards. I am not trying to be facetious or sarcastic in saying this. There is simply no legal process that I am aware of which can be invoked to stop this nonsense.
I wish I had actual information to impart to you. I will continue to ask Urban and Kevin to followup with their last press release and begin to let you know what is going on with the company.

Well there ya go.
Pretty sad that our attorney (shareholders) has to put out a pr because of a supposed shareholder spreading "rumors" on message boards.
Did anyone notice the reason for the rumors?
Unfortunately, these type of rumors sometimes cause people to make buying or selling decisions even though this stock is not a publicly traded stock.
Who is moving (buying/selling) shares making A LOT OF MONEY? Sure makes for a good reason to "pump" now doesn't it?

I really dislike it when he brings up the interpleader being filed. IMO-We're looking at an extended period of time before anything is finalize if that happens. Don't believe they'll distribute any shares, funds etc.. until it's been settled in court.
Why is it taking so long to draft the interplead? I hope it's a bluff.
Have to question the the private selling of shares and the pump along with tax free etc.. Just wondering??
Certainly appears that Bill Frizz doesn't seem to know what's happening either. Ever think he has a day or two that he wishes he never heard of CMKM.
If we don't get news soon, I predict meltdown.

You can't blame the shareholders. I personally don't take much interest in anything on the boards anymore because as far as I am concerned, nothing has happened to value or help us in any way shape or form. Our own company has done nothing to create a positive atmosphere for this type of period. But, I do read these boards because there are alot of AWESOME shareholders that have to STAY united!!!!
We always say that the company is doing things that have never been done before. That could be true. Who knows. What I do know is that us shareholders are also doing something that has never been done before...and that is providing an atmosphere were people can come and ask questions, debate things, and think logically about issues that pertain to our stock for years on end now. And that is what this board is all about and I stand behind it!

I think we'll find out the interplead has brokers who hold shares they are not suppose to be holding. And then there's always the possibility that there is no float and ALL the certs on the counter are counterfit shares and Urban wants to present them to a judge. We don't yet know. But IMO, in two weeks or less.........we will. |

I think this has gone on long enough. Repeatedly the Belgium’s have been proven wrong and now without a shadow of a doubt they have been proven to be liars.  I think it is time their rumors are put to an end and we no longer allow them to cause as Bill Frizzell has said “committed a terrible disservice to his or her fellow shareholders by disseminating false information.”.  These people have caused tremendous fighting and anger between shareholders, which ultimately could have been their goal. We need to unite together and remove them from a position of causing us any more harm. Frankly after this latest information we should be weary of anyone who continues to support them.  Hopefully this will be a good turn point for us shareholders re-uniting us where we can focus our attention on things that are of value and heal some of those rifts that have been caused between us.  |

It is about time that we either open up the criteria for the defination of slander... Meaning instead of just NO lies that hurt reputations...It should also include Any lies at all...That were NOT directly disseminated from the company its self.. OR We start using the term "Missrepresentation" for Pumping....And sue their AZZEZ for that! I do not represent the company nor can I speak for their intentions in this regard. I am totally starting to believe (even tho I HAVE been critical of Bill[and John] many times) THat... If Bill WERE a representative of the Company... Someone would have been in court already (crying and begging for forgiveness, and mercy from the court), and Bill would be Kicking the AZZ and getting us a little something for the loyalty by now. WTH to believe these days? Is someone lying or just giving misinformation? Did IBM go to Frizz and tell him to write a very strong denial in lawyer language? Are the Belgians lying and got caught in a big one this time? They have to know he is/was shareholder attorney and would communicate with us. Maybe the Belgians let the cat out of the bag too quick and Frizz had to go into crisis management mode with a very strongly worded communication. Maybe the sky is not really blue. I am really very confused at this point and just hope and pray that by November 7 we will know what is going on and maybe have money coming. What is really terrible is I have let this affect other areas of my life. |
