CEO Updates
To all CMKM shareholders:-
4-18-07 Update #2
It has come to my attention that the Abadgoodgirls, Jay Adobes and Acca Dacca’s of this world are spinning my updates as they have done with every update or press release of the past.
Your NEW management is going to start treating this company like a real company. The things these individuals are saying are false. There is no delivery coming to your house after the PR on Friday. Please do not listen to rumors of fortunes waiting just around the corner nor rumors of large trust accounts that have been set up with money or other assets to be delivered to shareholders. These rumors are simply not true.
The former Chairman stepping down last month has absolutely nothing to do with a plan. There is no secret sting in place, compartmentalized management or any other such secret operation. This is a very critical time, and if we don’t correct the problems from the past, we will further delay our move into the future. These posters and others like them are part of the problems from the past. Apparently, giving frequent and factual information has not stopped these individuals from preying on innocent shareholders.
It breaks my heart every time I hear of one of these posters stirring up the shareholder base with the excitement of a looming payout. Please understand that these posters are only feeding on your emotions and I cannot allow it to continue. I am currently in discussion with our legal counsel about our legal options against people that post blatantly false information pertaining to our Company.
We are in a rebuilding stage and everything will become more evident after this next press release.

so I guess mark misspoke when he said major sting operation, man I just can't see making that mistake. And bud screwed up when he said scam that turned into a sting, hard to make these mistakes when you know we are listening to every word, but I guess this is possible.

I guess you could put me on this list for sure except the parts about package delivers and such, but if this wasn't a sting this has been a joke waiting all this time, and certain people lied to me personally working for the company, the line illsion of dilution was not made up by me. I am hoping we will just never hear about the sting that did happen and if it didn't well I will have to live with that.
There have been games right to the end imo and if we are really just starting, man what a waste of the last couple years it has been. If a hotdog really is a hotdog then we should have been going through this exact process a year ago not now.

Why now? We have been subject to guru's and bashers for many years by now ... the company nor Frizzell ever really acted upon an now we get a second ... apparently ad-hoc update against people like Jay threatening with legal action?? This is giving all bashers a new truckload of ammo to go after anyone with a positive message ... why does he not refer to bashers like Jonas??? Why not go after them? They have been spreading a worse message and said more damaging things about the company and UC IMO

IMHO, abad does not warrant her inclusion with the likes of Adobe or Acca. I've read abad's posts since the early days on Sterlings RB board, I've spoken to her a few times, I think she has been behind this company, and fought hard against the NSS issue. She's an intelligent person with amazing DD skill. From what I've read, and the short talks we've had, I get the feeling she is just venting her frustration. I could be wrong, perhaps KW and Frizzle know something we don't? Maybe, maybe not. But until I see proof otherwise, I stand behind Abad. Adobe and Acca on the other hand, have done nothing but keep the natives restless. IMHO, of course, but it's my opinion, and seeing as this is a "FREE COUNTRY", I am entitled to my opinion. |

Gus - Don't feel bad. Many of us believed in the sting theory -- or, at least, wanted to believe because we had nothing else to hang on to. Now that we have management that wants us to know the truth, I'm starting to feel better. Deep down, I knew there was no money sitting in a trust. Now I can say it, but knowing that we have someone who is going to find out what really happened in the last 5 - 7 years and put us back in the ballgame. I think BF and KW have a plan to get us trading again. And, there is one thing certain. We do have a tremendous short that will have to be covered. Combine that with cancellation of illegal shares that were introduced into the market and reclamation of assets that were lost and you just might see a couple of cents per share for your pain. At least that's what I think is happening. Good thing is we will know for sure in the next PR because Kevin seems determined to open up the floodgates when it comes to communcation. Why bother if a bombshell PR is coming out in a few days? If all is well, who cares about a few posters? And why does he not go after the frigging bashers or even mention them? |

The "it" I was referring to is our situation. I still want to know where the "goods" went and to whom and for how much? I still want to know the share structure? There are alot of questions we will never know the answer to.
