Just hoping once this thing starts rolling its a snowball effect, starting on the 6th or the 20th, doesn't matter to me, as long as it starts.

She's the only one left in the company. I don't see any appeal coming. They don't even have a lawyer. There is more to this than just UC passing money to CMKX through SGGM (all my opinion). Anyone could have done their financials if they wanted them done. They were dormant for two years. I say this gets much more interesting really soon. In a good way too.  |

cmkx - naked short -> revoked / pending appeal
sggm - naked short -> revoked / pending appeal
It's either the "let's take them all down" because they will destroy the financial markets" by
the SEC.

I'm with you, don't think there will be an appeal. Hence the 20th date being important for both companies and all the rumors of this thing starting in October. I'm pretty sure as long as the companies know the outstanding shares, a merger could clean all this not filing mess up.
If the current company is filing. Can put a lot of the JV's market cap into cmkx's 800 billion. Lets hope Andy's right and Cmkx lawyers have been working on the filings for the last 9 months.

Also according to Stoecklein's letter to the SEC they only needed 120 days to file audited financials. A lot of days have passed since that request.

FWIW - If there is any truth to the settlement rumors, then this makes sense to me. I heard trough an unverifiable source that all JV's had to sign off on the settlement agreement. Also, that SGGM was perhaps one of the bad guys. As for the settlement, SGGM didn't want to play ball....they where supposedly the last holdout. The SGGM - CMKX deal had been reversed. If this is true then SGGM getting revoked is no big deal. IMO!

well i have only one thought here
most of this is too messed up to figure on stings and settlements we really do not know... mostly guesses
what i do think is we will keep getting wounded but will heal..,
still waiting on the cmkx team when is trophy time

SGGM is run now by Vicki Curran, UC's neice. I have a suspicion that Victor has some $$$ in this too. Would UC leave them flapping in the wind? I don't see UC as that kind of person. I see a deal with his brother. Victor doesn't file and therefore doesn't have to disclose anything about the 10 million and UC rolls him into CMKX with maybe a stock option deal or SGGM buyout. Should be fun either way.  |

I'm an SGGM shareholder and I think it's wayyyyy too early to make a call. Either the shares are worthless or they're not. It was a gamble from the start. Poor CMKX has 200 billion of these things so I'm in good company. Of course, I didn't get the $10 million that came with the company stock. I expect CMKX to more than make up for any minor loss at this point. It's all good. edit:... Oh.. SGGM still owns 5% of CMKX. They have value. |
