FWIW - If there is any truth to the settlement rumors, then this makes sense to me. I heard trough an unverifiable source that all JV's had to sign off on the settlement agreement. Also, that SGGM was perhaps one of the bad guys. As for the settlement, SGGM didn't want to play ball....they where supposedly the last holdout. The SGGM - CMKX deal had been reversed. If this is true then SGGM getting revoked is no big deal. IMO! Boyscout OK, just thinking out loud here......so if SGGM did not, as a company want to play ball --> Haseltine's resignation? + no apparent effort on their part to appeal revocation? Is SGGM's revocation the/an "event" we're waiting for/on? Mike

Did anyone read that stockwatch story on 32. It mentioned un-named major shareholders who appeared to control the company, and had hired the recently resigned new CEO. (through a go between.) If CMKX/Urban still has the 200 billion shares of SGGM, then he would be one of those "major un-named" shareholders. This makes me think that SGGM is in good hands.

boyscout - many have heard the same rumor, and that we get the $10M and % back. just try taking that theory over to 32. Mike "just try taking that theory over to 32." - No thanks, that place is just no fun anymore. To many hidden agendas! Boyscout! P.S. I like it here! Hidden?
