Still on final slow steady glide path. You will know when we touch down. The landing gear is down. We are traveling slightly faster than stall speed. The pilot and co pilot have now lit a cigar and have their feet propped up on the instrument panel, confidently assured that there are not other words to be spoken but theirs. This celebratory cigar enjoyed by the 'master' is just prior to his encore performance. No one can use the information about to be released in any way other than positive. The atmosphere is nicely conditioned now, and the pilot has steered the plane right where it needs to be. The well-scripted flight plan is unfolding hourly. The tireless and professional crew is busy readying the final papers and arranging the manifest for final review. Once the cigar is smoked, the plane will land, the manifest will be turned over, and the cargo disbursed. The flight has been a long and arduous journey that has taken us through tumultuous pockets of air, sometimes excitedly and sometimes perilously. We have ventured to areas of the world that no one has ever ventured before us. We have become the pioneer on this journey to lead the way for many to follow. We have been the catalyst for incredibly remarkable changes in our country's financial markets and world economics. The 'master' is now about to perform what may be his final and most outstanding performance of a lifetime, one that truly will be admired by the masses. As someone once said so eloquently, "Prepare to be astonished". Do not listen to the naysayers and doomsdayers, as they will try to break you. Each has made his own decision whether to stay or leave, so do not let them sway that decision. Although it is not unique, I leave you today with this: prepare to be astonished by the master. tramp, I don't think the world is big enough for them to hide. I don't think it is big enough, either, for the ones on the message boards that premeditatedly tried to do harm to the company or its officers. The threat to burn down Mr. Casavant's house, for example, will soon be brought to light and certain posters, especially on here, will be brought to bear the burden for their actions. imo

josie, Once it is all done, you will feel humiliated for saying that about Mr. Casavant. He has done more as a CEO than you can ever imagine. Just watch and see what our CEO has done for all the shareholders. We don't need information to be put out. If any one of you needed information before you bought this stock, then you would not have bought unless you had information. Now that you bought, just wait and see what Mr. Casavant has in store for your future and your children's future. imo

josie, I sense that you have little confidence in your investment. I sense that you do not see that the interactions between the company and regulatory bodies are somewhat, shall we say, scripted. Mr. Casavant and his co-chairman will determine when it is in the best interest of the company and the shareholders to file, to put out PRs, to allow information leaks, to give out any information. They know what needs to be done. Rest assured that the plan is unfolding. You just need to remain calm, nonhysterical, and confident in your investment. imo

Jay, I posed the question to the board recently what they made of the recent sell off in all of the major indexes. I opined that perhaps we were seeing the early rumblings of this great transfer of wealth manifesting itself in the form of a decline in asset prices all over the domestic economic landscape. Some scoffed others dismissed my comment and observation as yet more evidence of my mental instability and/or my heavy use of physchotropic drugs. Let me assure you, neither of those had any impact whatsoever on my ingenious glimpse of the bleeding obvious. Clearly, this transfer of wealth can only occur if other assets are liquidated to cover both the settlement and the cover. People fail to realize the magnitude of both events and the effect they will have on the stability of both the domestic and foreign economic frontier.

Anyway, I sure do appreciate you considered input on the recent sell off in the major indexes and any causal or etiological foundation in the notion that it is all event driven by our event.

smack, Index sell off could definitely be contributory to the concept of 'event driven' and may even be considered one of the events in the event driven scenario. One must weigh whether the etiological foundation thus rests in whether the event was driven by the sell off or the sell off was driven by the event; which could infer that there is another event which could account for the etiology of the sell off, which probably is the current 'clean up' we are witnessing. By the way, I like the way you think about things.

sportsman, The liquidation of assets will be insignificant to the
settlement. Insurance is in place. The DTCC is worth a tremendous
