It is today on ESPN2 at 8PM EST for eleiminations, we are running the "Johnny Lighting" colors along with Got CMKX, we didn't qualify very well but it was Tony's fastest time at 4.79 at 330MPH and it was only good enough for 15th place on the grid, that teels you just how fast this track is. Tony Schumacher laid down a new national record at 4.43 at about 328mph backed it up with a 4.47 so he has the new NHRA track record...for now.
We are supposed to have another year with Jim Dunn Racing but I wish we could get our program more consistant because we have all the pieces to run with the big boys and be competitive but this class is extremely hard to win in.
