It seems pretty simple...
The longer this thing gets delayed, the more time that passes before the inevitible conclusion... the more time/opportunity for the holdout(s) et al to cut their losses.
Frizzie has successfully and definitively accounted for an estimated one TRILLION shares O/S. Every one of those shares that can be vacuumed like fecal matter at these ridiculously low prices by the MM's is one less for which they will have to pay a settlement (.08?).
The evidence is obvious;
The money soon will roll.
Get rich and kick the MM's ass
