Verbal Plan:
Attain Investment funds outside of CMKX shareholders to pay for legal services. No upfront money to come from CMKX Shareholders,10% paid to manager of Investment funds once Compensation is acquired.
SO THIS IS PLAN B
This is the right time and this is the right place for all CMKX Shareholders. Any money collected will be 100% to the shareholder.
Form an Alliance with a Nonprofit, Federal Tax Exempt Corporation to help collect Donations to pay for Legal fees to attain the services of an Attorney.
No money to a manager once Compensation is acquired. Quickest way to raise Funds.
We believe we have found the best way to raise the funds needed to secure Legal Representation.The direction we have taken is to form an alliance with a nonprofit. They have the means with which to manage successful fundraisers and collect donations from donors. All the nonprofit donations are Federal tax deductible and Shareholders would not have a 10% fee charged on any
settlement like in plan A. In plan B you get 100% of any settlement recovered. The effort to obtain an investor has not
been successful.
We did not want to ask the Shareholders for an investment, but we feel this is the best way moving forward.
Wes has stated on more than one occasion that the time for us to file a case is limited. We feel that we do not have any more time to wait. We must unite and work together to make this last shot a reality. We have come too far to stop now.
We feel this would have been a much better plan in the first place. We could have ended this a long time ago. We want to open up Plan B for all CMKX Shareholders to join and look forward to working with all Shareholders. Here is our plan. I am excited
about this effort and I hope everyone will be excited as well.
The Numbers
1 There are under 2000 Shareholders involved in Plan A right now so if every Shareholder just in Plan A, donated over
$300 dollars that would help us reach our goal to retain and fund the entire legal effort very quickly. CMKX Shareholders outside of this group can donate as well and ALL will benefit.
2 We don't expect everyone to be able to donate, however, they can help in other ways. We also have Shareholders who can donate much larger sums. The nonprofit can also seek grants and donations from other nonprofits for the shareholders benefits.
3 We again stress the time is now limited so please give this your full attention
4 The nonprofit has a website you can explore and make your donation there, it is safe and secure and they accept most forms of payment. You will receive a tax deductible receipt immediately to your email. You will be able to track
the donation total as it grows. You can donate from anywhere in the world.
They also have a bank account setup if you feel more comfortable sending directly to the bank.
