This is the email i received back!! I don't know how many people know this!! I'm not sure if all of you have your information but please, let's talk about this!! Intrinsic value when the shares were shorted?? Thank you for participating in the town hall on Friday March 5, 2021. If you have not already sent in a restitution request, here is what we will need to know to add you to the restitution list: 1) What shares did you purchase (e.g., CMKM)? 2) When did you purchase the shares? 3) How much did you pay in total for the shares? 4) Did you sell any of the shares, and if so, for how much? If you have documentary proof of the answers above, please include it in your submission to USANV.CMKM@usdoj.gov. Because we will need to submit the restitution list to the Court, please provide the information above no later than March 31. Otherwise, we cannot guarantee that we can consider your request. By March 31, the USAO will contact everyone who submitted a restitution request to notify them of their status.
