Given what happened Friday, by the DOJ, I am considering shutting down my efforts on CMKX, shutting down the Saturday calls and shutting down the Telegram rooms. I am so sorry for all of you that I could not end CMKX for all of you by now. After 3 years, I have met so many great people on this journey (but also some seriously crazy people), I hope you all see some benefit from CMKX, but I can not confirm you will at this point. Next steps in my opinion is to wait for the DOJ restitution in the next few months, get the court cases closed, and try to find out if there are truly any trusts that could pay you. If there are no trusts, it is over for all.
This has been an interesting journey and I wish you all the best. I have other new opportunities I am working on, which I am very excited about, which will consume a lot my time.
That is the other reason I am thinking about reducing or ending my time/work on CMKX.
However, Lots are people are now requesting I leave the telegram room open. Which I may, I need to think through how to manage it.
If I decide to shut everything down completely, I will give everyone 24 hours notice before I do it.

Please let folks on the CMKX boards, or whoever are going involved about Al's death. You have a greater reach to these folks, than I do. We pray for his new journey on the other side in gratitude for all of his sacrifice & hard work on the shareholders behalf. Thanks

For this next effort that Matthew is proposing. Would it be prudent that certain stipulations get put into the deal.
Such as
1. Specific time frames so we do not have years added to the pain
2. Communication requirement via email so we do not have to go join telegram for updates
3. Incentives to the team for quick turn arounds, memory is that they said they had found the trusts so a quick turn around should happen
4. All share holders benefit not just those that are contributing. I have contributed to every effort and have had to wait for updates via a message board.

Wes and Bud are on-board Everyone. This is work, budgeting and planning at this point. I need to fiigure out how to structure this and get information to all the shareholders to give the choice to help or not. Not easy, especially when you consider an old security for a company that is now out of business. Lots to process and think through. But we are working on it. I just talked to Bud on Saturday. We both have to do's we need to get answers to. It is going take some time, I have a lot other things going on as well, and this is not my only responsibility. I am fighting as fast as I can.

I’m also a return shareholder. Hadn’t followed since 2010 and found my stock certificate while moving. Figured I’d try to get caught up and see what happened! Glad to you guys still fighting the good fight! Let me know if there’s anything I can do!

No April update so we continue to wait.Got CMKX!Got wait wait wait!I still believe in the .40pps big win.Robert Maheu was the right man with the perfect plan to lock in the massive naked short and to negotiate a proper settlement in a timely manner.IMO Robert Maheu died fighting to get the funds he collected and protected in a frozen trust released.IMO Without Iron Bob to deal with TPTB dragged things out with the extraordinary never ending court case.Now they are dragging out this worthless restitution process.I believe the madness will end this year and we will get our long awaited .40pps prize.Cheers www.justice.gov/usao-nv/victim-witness-assistance/us-v-john-edwards-et-al-cmkm |
