imo... that we must be paid in an asset backed US currency. that is the hold up. hack I was told by one very much involved that this is not the case We can be paid in fiat. At some point there will be a one for one exchange GG |

Breaking news... Lol Seriously though, I have been asked by many if I would record the town hall. I phoned them to make sure it was going to be legal and they said they would record it. When will we see the big win materialize?It's 2021 or never IMO.This DOJ activity should be the green light for the alleged .40pps to be quietly released shortly after the conclusion of this restitution process.That's my stinking thinking and I'm sticking to it.Everything fits a delayed but very profitable ending.It will be interesting to see the DOJ's public "show" play out.The alleged trust should be intact and in capable hands even after all these years.Robert Mahue was more than qualified to run a sting and set up a trust that was well protected.The legal show is about to end and soon we will know if the trust is real or a terrible and cruel lie.I believe Robert Maheu was honest and loyal.There was no need to tell such a fantastic lie to investors.It would be stupid for Robert Maheu to box himself in to a fabrication that wasn't necessary.The big win still fits IMO.Cheers!

The Reader's Digest version: Over 1,000 people signed up for the Webinar. The biggest action of this case involved CMKM DIamonds, but there are several other companies included in this action due to the defendant's involvement in them. NSS may be a rumor started by insiders...may not be real. Turino was the only "primary" defendant tried and convicted before he died; the other two (Urban & Edwards) died before going to trial. Assets from those not tried are not seized. Six others were either alleged "straw purchasers", or enabled the fraud (like Bagley); only Vissokovsky is still at large. Restitution isn't likely, even if ordered by the court. The restitution process rarely provides victims adequate restitution (less than 3% is collected overall). If the assets seized for restitution are less than $25 per victim, it usually isn't paid out by the court. In our case, we need to provide proof that we were harmed in order to be considered for potential restitution, meaning that: -shares that were not sold (gifted, etc) are not considered "harmed" -shares purchased outside the period of the fraud (before or after) are not considered "harmed" -NSS is not something the DOJ has pursued in these indictments, so a belief that NSS harmed us (in this case) is not pertinent to the case, or getting compensated. -In summary, to be considered a victim you have to have paid for fraudulent shares directly (out-of-pocket); merely owning CMKM shares isn't enough. By the end of March, each of us should hear back from the DOJ with one of three potential outcomes: -you are considered a victim; -you are considered not to be a victim; or, -they need additional information from you. The DOJ has seen no evidence of trusts in their investigation (that's not the same as saying they have evidence that the trusts don't exist...big difference, IMHO). To their knowledge the $1 per share theory is not valid either (which makes sense, looking from their perspective). Court ordered restitution is not the same thing as actually collecting restitution. Finally, this is a screenshot I got of the next steps they plan on taking: 
I know this isn't what we wanted to hear, but I think it may have been one of the most honest assessments of any particular element of the CMKX journey I've heard to date. I suppose the final part we await is to see what happens after the court rules on the case...and to see if Vissokovsky's remaining at large is any factor...to see if the fabled "mystery trust" will finally emerge from whatever hole it's allegedly been hidden in. I also suspect this blows a hole in the idea that the DOJ was behind 1MM's deletion. Unless the attorney was a great poker player, I think they are focused on prosecuting white collar crime...not assisting in some grand scheme to get CMKXers compensated through some trust no one can find... There are about 1000 victims in this case. "At this point there isn't enough money to issue $25 to victims".So that's that.Now we wait some more for this DOJ show to end.....and then perhaps a happy ending quietly delivered from a Vegas law firm selected by Robert Maheu at the beginning of the sting way back in the day.COVID vaccines are moving faster than this stock play of a lifetime to reach it's conclusion.Cheers

Millstadt19, [06.03.21 16:05] I recommend everyone listen to the CMKX call recording from today. Given what happened yesterday by the DOJ, I am considering shutting down my efforts on CMKX and shutting down the rooms. I have other new opportunities I am working on, which I am very excited about, which will consume my time. I am so sorry for all of you that I could not end CMKX by now. After 3 years, I have meet so many great people on this journey and I hope you see benefit from CMKX, but I can not confirm you will. This has been a interesting journey and I wish you all the best.
