Please read this article as its showing how these shorts done by the Big Boys are not being policed by the SEC and DOJ. Read this as we do not want the DOJ to sweep our restitution under the table. This is a must read to enlighten you on the players. Our case is similar to this as the market makers do the same the hedge funds do except they do it when a stock is started. To all, I received this response from Sara at TOL. " William, you only need to pay the service fee if you wish to have online access to view your holdings and update your contact information at anytime. We maintain all shareholder records regardless of whether the shareholder has paid this fee or not " . I guess I will pay the 25 just to have that access. Hopes this helps. To All regarding the DOJ and restitution before you celebrate read this what they are saying about the SEC. Do not believe the DOJ is going to be in our court as everyone is seeing the Investment Banks, Bankers etc are being covered by Government Because they the DOJ can twist this and just make it look like this feel through they cracks and sorry folks park closed. This is why I am saying to get vocal as this Gamestop Shorting is backing us up as this happened to us over 15 years ago. So what happened then is still happening and now we can say see the Ball Game is Rigged as we reported it and still is. Now we have a chance to get the DOJ to recommend restitution and the responsible agency will have to buck up. Otherwise they will blame those 5 people who have zero and we will end up with just pie in the sky. We waited this long, now lets get on offense and make something really happen with all our voices. Per Matthew pin in Telegram room There is still no Nevada DOJ Town Hall scheduled. Therefore, we will not do a call tomorrow Saturday February 13th. We will wait until there is a town hall scheduled before doing the next call. We will check the DOJ site throughout today and weekend. Well let’s see... in 0.41 seconds Google came up with about 388,000 results for “naked shorting”! All publicly available without no special access and I’m sure those results include all of the same CMKM Diamonds info we have available! So why would they shut down 1 private room for discussing naked shorting! What about those other 387,999? Uncle Jed When mm went down and I googled, it stated that over 10K boards had also been removed. Not just us. Google has since cleaned house. |

TAX LIABILITY 1. By definition, restitution means , compensating for your loss. This money is neither an 'income' nor 'profit'. Hence no tax on that. 2. Money paid as 'penalty , fine and or interests' are above and beyond compensation for your loss. Hence they are liable for tax. So far Doj is talking about restitution money. It will be miniscule amount and tax free. I am not sure if Doj will take responsibility regarding payout of F&P. mchlgarrison... Any idea about F&P Best wishes |

Hello, Just wanted to share with you all the massive case we are all involved and interested in. And the minuscule amount that won’t be Minuscule, please note the case number 2-09-CR-00132- RLH-RJJ . Now look at our case number on the top of this page. Yep, same case! 14. In its Grand Jury Superseding Indictment 2-09-CR-00132-RLH-RJJ, 5-27-09, United States District Court, District of Nevada, the Grand Jury charges that: “…To create the appearance of an active and established market for CMKM stock, and to disguise the fact that the conspirators were virtually the only sellers of CMKM stock…� DONALD STOECKLEIN DEPOSITION, 1-24-06 In said deposition, Donald Stoecklein testifies that naked short expert Jim Decosta, with 25 years of experience, told both Bill Frizzell and him that a 14 to 1 short position exists in CMKM stock. That means that for every one legitimate share that exists, 14 naked short shares exist, which in turn means that numerous naked short sellers exist. In said deposition, Donald Stoecklein testifies that they obtained a NOBO list and the number of CMKM shares on that NOBO list exceeded the number of CMKM shares on the list of 1st Global Stock Transfer, which in turn means that naked short sellers exist. The Coalition demands that Jim DeCosta’s report be made public along with the cert pull deposition which shows the Authorities made false statements in this case to cover up the crimes of many Wall Street brokers by making it look like corrupt insiders were the only sellers of unregistered shares of CMKX stock. 15. On 6-24-09, the Securities and Exchange Commission filed Motion for Summary Judgment Against Defendant John Edwards (#991), Motion for Summary Judgment Against Defendant Daryl Anderson (#102), and Motion for Summary Judgment Against Defendants Kathleen and Anthony Tomasso pursuant to Civil Action No. 08- CV 0437, 4-7-08, United States District Court for the District of Nevada. To the victims of the fraud scheme involving CMKM Diamonds:
As you may know, the U.S. Attorney’s Office is hosting a virtual town hall to update everyone about the criminal case involving CMKM Diamonds. Because of the substantial number of victims in this case, the upcoming town hall will help our office reach a large number of you at once and to answer the questions we have received about the CMKM Diamonds case.
Although the most recent defendant who pleaded guilty did so in 2018 (the year before I began serving in the District of Nevada), I first became personally aware of this matter in July 2020, when a victim reached out to me. Since then, while one defendant remains a fugitive, our office has moved quickly to communicate as much information as possible, and we remain committed to doing so after my resignation as U.S. Attorney becomes effective on February 28.
We originally scheduled the town hall for February 26. To ensure that we are able to provide the most comprehensive presentation we can, however, we are rescheduling the town hall for Friday, March 5, at 10:00 a.m. PST.
