Lets look at this effort again !
1) you give up no rights or any of your certs
2) If something else happens from another entity you can still participate with that situation on your own.
3) If this group recovers any money, example say a 1.00 per a share. You get .90 cents a share and the group attorneys get .10 or 10 percent which is one in the same.
4) You do not have to put any money or any shares up front. You keep both. Only if they recover money will they again take 10 percent of what they find. You do not have to give your shares to anyone.
5) You must register your shares with the group and they will verify you are a real shareholder. If your worried about your identity then in my opinion your hiding something and maybe this is not for you. I have two security clearances and I have revealed myself to them. So your excuse is nonsense imo, but that's why this is the great USA and you have a choice to make. In or out its your choice !
6) You will have to sign a contract to become a member of this group. This contract can be taken to a attorney of your choice for review.
7) There are some bad people on these Pro boards and Pal talk rooms that trying to obstruct this effort. You must ask yourself why for a so called worthless pink sheet stock.
8) The Gates report is out with a glimmer of light left for 2 offshore accounts that need to be researched.
9) The Guru's are still saying today, tommorow, last Sunday etc. etc. and they have never been right.
10) Big Al, loved the man but he is no longer here for guidance.
11) So whats left ? Sit on your hands / ass and do nothing ? or Try something else that cost nothing up front unlike all the past give me money schemes for nothing with the exception of the Gates effort.

It took a long time to get all the Assets and Value for Distribution to the Bonafides. We had Court case, Audits DTCC accepting. and the Value,which should happen this year or next. IMHO.

Soccerdude I am not going to convince you to join this effort. It also appears , you have not gone through various relevant statements, posted bt Roughcut. Momoney etc. So, 1. There is no ,'fair balance'. You are required to give all the information asked on the web site. If you do not feel comfortable doing it, just don't do it. No disrespect. 2. There are some SH , who did not get Share Certificates. However, if you have proof of purchase , you may submit it, though there is no guarantee you will be accepted as a bonafide shareholder. But , it's worth trying, if you really want ........................................................................................................................................... My impression is that there are at least 3 'MSL' , generated at different time. So, no particular MSL will be accurate. Many SH, have gifted shares to their family, friends etc. Besides , some unfortunately passed , and certificates are still in deceased name.The team is fully aware of it, and are trying to help everybody in legal way. They are putting lot of efforts and we must appreciate their effort. .................................................................................................................................. In general, if you want to join in this effort, send whatever information you have.If the team can establish that you are bonafide SH, they will include you. Huge loose ends remain as all the evidence meant to be a part of the scam is all the investigators ever find.That's the cover story evidence.The sting evidence is well hidden even after all these years as would be expected from a Government sanctioned Mahue operation.This thing drags on and on as the big fear is still 50,000 CMKXers getting their .40pps distribution and a few hundred of them violate the NDA and start talking on message boards,facebook ect.It's a nightmare scenario and the only way to avoid the inevitable is to drag out the legal issues like the restitution process.Robert Maheu was the only one with the willingness to draw a line in the sand and end the madness.After he died in 2008 the government got the upper hand.Peter Maheu and the trustees lacked that rare quality that earned Iron Bob his name.That's my opinion and I'm sticking with it until evidence surfaces that speaks otherwise.Acca was paid $35,000 a year from 2004 to 2011 to tell us the truth about the sting and the frozen trust.Des stood by his side until 2016 as Acca was called upon to update us until Peter Maheu died in 2016.The court case outlived the Maheus and many CMKXers.It's Aug 2021 and I still believe there is a .40pps distribution for all with CMKX certificates.Cheers! After you have been verified as a shareholder you will receive a contract to be a client of the new corporation. Matt Kulig said probably 4-6 pages. TexasPride, if you submit you certs to be certified you will get a contract to sign as a client of the new corporation, not a shareholder of the corporation. And the contract should be reviewed by trusted advisors and/or an attorney.

Question. What if the shares issued on certificate does not match the exact qty’s the day it was bought. How do I put the date it was bought. They issued in multiples of 5 mills but the purchases are in 1 mils. Does it matter the date purchased. The total of the dates equal the total shares in certs. Please help. Sportsman, momoney, or other can also comment but I had a cert with multiple purchase dates and was told to use the first date of purchase. There are 5 purchase dates represented on that one cert. It was accepted. I also sent a picture of the cert. Killahcain, you’re doing the right thing. |

I was told SHARE purchase date is optional...just include the CERT purchase date.
Mine were accepted without a share purchase date. Many of us have multiple purchase dates of the shares in a certs.
I wrote a note saying I bought shares for 1 of my certs in 2005 but didn't get cert until 2006.

Right now I am excited that someone ..
Especially that it is the famous Wes Christian who has a great record & has been fighting NSS... with success!
And after all these years... I really doubt anyone / entity would come to our rescue.
I really am not at all worried...

May take a little while to get your confirming email due to the volume now. Check you sent submission page and make sure your email address was correct. |

”Because we are a week away: The Team will allow certificate entires until August 22. We will close the website at Noon CST on August 22. You will receive an email from me reviewing the information you submitted after August 22.
We will be verifying your data between August 22 and September 13, partly due to vacation timing, family issues and other issues. As we verify your data you will be invited to the new room we will open for the verified shareholders only. You can always email, DM, text to communicate. Once all the data is reviewed and verified. You will receive a contract from the new corporation with information about the company and it's objectives.
You will have 15 days to review the contract with your attorney's or trusted advisors at your own costs. If agree to the terms of the contract, you will inform the corporation and they will send you a digital version to sign digitally and you will receive a copy of the contract for your files.
As we are working on contracts, in parallel we will be contacting investors to invest in the corporation with a investment term sheet. Some of these investment conversations have already started.
We will not accept any investment from CMKX shareholders without board of director approval and legal approval due to the CMKX shareholders being clients of the corporation and the fact that we are working to recover compensation for fraud for these clients.
CMKX Shareholders do not pay any money or anything to the corporation, they do not surrender any shares, they do not lose any rights to any other CMKX claims out there and most importantly do not have to participate if they do not agree to the terms of the contract. Just like when you bought your shares in CMKX, it is a choice. This is a choice to go after the organizations and people who lied, defrauded, misled and treated you with no respect.
CMKX should have ended a decade ago by typical business and legal standards. The government should not have dragged this out as long as they have. There are even larger Wall Street issues that now many have identified and learned about which will support our efforts.
You do not have to learn about Tort law, Securities law, any kind of law on this journey unless it interests you. We need professionals now to work on our behalf. No one I have met on my journey who is a CMKX shareholder can take it upon themselves to do anything to address what needs to be addressed. It can not be done for free. It can not be misinterpreted, misrepresented, and misstated publicly anymore.
3 years and a lot of my time and I know when you can not go any further with your resources. We will hire professional who will get things done and will fight on our behalf. I do this because I believe in these professionals and I believe we can win. If we Win and receive money for our efforts. We will put the money into a corporation established escrow account, you will be notified of the amounts collected and the amount you will receive once the 10% success fee is deducted from the amount calculated for you based upon the amount of shares you verified were yours. We are only using verified shares in CMKI and CMKM. NO other shares will be used for the distribution calculations.
I will state it here again. We fight to win, but we may not collect anything. If that is the outcome, You receive nothing . I will stop this effort and will end my fight to End CMKX.
This has nothing to do with the past stories of monies collected and put in trusts. This has nothing to do with what people claim are fines and penalties. This has nothing to do with the restitution of the DOJ. This is a new effort with a focus using new laws to go after the lawless fraud that has happened to CMKX Shareholders who join this fight.
The rest will wait for the other stories to come true and I hope they do for them. I am just tied of waiting and listening to the stories that no one I know can prove to be true with any real verifiable data

“There is no CMKM Diamonds, I do not work for CMKX diamonds, I am not on the board of CMKX diamonds, The new corporation has no contracts with CMKX diamonds.
If CMKM diamonds was doing this for the benefit of the shareholders, they would legally have to notify all the shareholders of their efforts and in good faith hold a shareholder meeting to discuss with all the shareholders. But they are not doing this. They are no longer a company. They no longer have any management or board of directors.
So no one in CMKX has a place to go to claim that they did not know about this new plan. There is no legal requirement to let them know.
It is a choice, like buying or not buying CMKX stock and you need to sign a contract to be a legal part of this effort. Deadlines are important in business.”
