When communications is made to the CMKM Shareholders it will be though the Transfer Agent. Whether it be from the DOJ or Attorneys. How else will we choose what to do with our R&R or our Dividends?

"We Won!" and "Soon" killed off those who held their breath.This investment has been a heart breaker and yet some still have hope including me.I do not know if we did win but I still can see the possibility as everything fits a successful Robert Maheu operation stuck in legal red tape that will go away eventually.Holding breath and making life decisions based on "fact.PERIOD!" or Al's court case is not recommended.IMO! |

My view has been we won the settlement with the DTCC,the Brokers, and others, and we have Dividends holdings with some 35 are J.V's and Corporations. That's the assets of our Distributions. We are waiting for the VALUE of our Distribution, That's the CURRENCY that we receive.
PS When it was said that our shares are worth the weight it's in GOLD,
I believe that with all my Calculations.

Not too many Bonafides don't know the group that is charge of our Distribution.As for value my investment I knew before I invested I was in the win.I am not going try to teach anyone about their investment after 16 years. As I know there has been many Matt that can to save the shareholders.

Listen folks, we are all in the same boat, Dave Vanguten is trying to get the MSL from Frizzell, Kevin West, Steve Kirkpatrick and even the SEC; I am not sure if TOL has it. Most all, if not all have been un-cooperative /sound familiar. The contract won't be sent out right away, it may take 2 or 3 weeks after the Aug 22 deadline. Even if you don't have a Cert, you can send proof of buying cmkx shares and Dave will give a pretend cert number to identify your shares. The cmkx room is in Telegram called End CMKX Now Chat. |

I don't suppose the investors in the New Corporation will disclose who they are and why they are willing to invest in this new company.It's an interesting gesture that seems to indicate they have knowledge that there is cash waiting to be distributed to bonafide shareholders.Did they find the rumored frozen trust?Are they working with the trustees to apply pressure and end the delay delay game?What do these investors know or think they know?

Before you start comment back I will say yes 90% is better than nothing. I never said I was not going to participate in this and never will disclose that.
So what is this New Corporations business plan and how is the 10% fee going to be incorporated into this?
