On other boards others post too... so if I don't post, it doesn't matter.
Here... with me basically being the only poster for weeks or month on end....Admins and others stopped posting months or years ago.
If I don't post something it doesn't get on the board...so then you guys would assume there is nothing when there may be.
I am backing away from the other 2 boards I post on as well...posting very little now.
We have been told so much and still don't know what is true.
Bottom line...we are just waiting for notification...
and even though we hear it is coming time and time again...it will not likely be posted on boards before notification anyway...assuming we actually get notification at all.
In my opinion

IMO the trial is integral to us getting paid. If you want to know why I say this read Duc's 3 posts on page 13 from Aug 14 of the "The Whole Big Picture" thread. They are back to back to back and titled Post #1, Post #2, and Post #3. He covers this subject completely rather than a one sentence statement that its not important. |

So how can the case be delayed until December if Dvorak just reached a trial diversion program with the court? tb I imagine you, and others will 'mock' this answer, however it is the truth. As Americans, we have the Constituional right to "Due Process of the Law". That means, once "indicted" you must alway be heading in some direction to where you are answering for what you have been accused, or you are being freed from it. There are oppressive regimes in this world, where people are arrested, put in jail, accused of nothing, no hearing, no trial date...just never ending detention. You cannot do that in America. Because Brian Dvorak's freedom from indictment is contingent upon "successful completion" of his Diversion Program, that means he is still indicted, therefore he must have a 'registered future with court' where he is either 'judged or freed'. So, before anyone asks, "If Americans are entitled to a speedy trial, why have we been here for 13 years?" Obviously, the system has been manipulated (for whatever reason). However, as these indictments have been held up, throught the years, Victims Notification has sent out notices to the effect, that there was always a hearing, a reason, and a re-set of court date. Call it what you want, but that is the Gov't saying... "We're moving as fast as we can.".....and that makes it "Due Process, and Speedy". |
