A trial is scheduled before Judge Jennifer Dorsey on August 28, 2018, 09:00 AM at LV Courtroom 6D, Lloyd D. George U.S. Courthouse, 333 Las Vegas Blvd South, Las Vegas, NV 89101 for the case which involves defendant(s) Brian Dvorak.
Brian Dvorak is in the process of entering into the pretrial diversion program. Pretrial diversion is an alternative to prosecution which seeks to divert certain offenders from traditional criminal justice processing into a program of supervision and services administered by the U.S. Probation Service. In the majority of cases, offenders are diverted at the pre-charge stage. Participants who successfully complete the program will not be charged or, if charged, will have the charges against them dismissed; unsuccessful participants are returned for prosecution. Once it is determined whether or not he meets the criteria for the program, the trial date will be cancelled.
Please be aware that many criminal cases are resolved by a plea agreement between the United States Attorney's Office and the defendant. You should also know that it is not unusual for a defendant to seek to negotiate a plea agreement shortly before a trial is scheduled to begin. Plea agreements can be made at any time and as late as the morning of trial, leaving little or no opportunity to provide notice to you of the date and time of the plea hearing. If the court schedules a plea hearing in this case, we will use our best efforts to notify you of available information as soon as practicable. If you want to inform the prosecutor of your views regarding potential plea agreements, or any other aspect of the case, please contact the prosecutor assigned to this case or me.

The pair entered guilty pleas in hearings on Monday, June 11. In addition to the year in prison, Mr. Kinney would be liable for $2.8-million in restitution and Ms. Gutierrez for $1.4-million. (All figures are in U.S. dollars.) The jail terms come as part of a case in which prosecutors claimed that Mr. Kinney and Ms. Gutierrez participated in a massive fraud run by Saskatchewan's Urban Casavant. The pair sold billions of unregistered shares in CMKM, receiving a combined $9.3-million. They dumped the stock as Mr. Casavant and others touted the "Casavant diamond brand" and a purported $50-million jade collection, among other things. The recommended jail terms, assuming the judge accepts them, will make Mr. Kinney and Ms. Gutierrez the third and fourth defendants to go to jail for the CMKM fraud. The terms are contained in plea agreements filed on Monday, when the pair made brief court appearances before Judge Jennifer Dorsey to plead guilty. The charge to which they pleaded guilty is one count of conspiracy, which carries a maximum jail term of five years. CMKM/NHHI - Defendant Dvorak has applied to enter "pretrial diversion" program that could ultimately settle his case. The information given to me by DOJ witness coordinator on 6/12/18 was not 100% accurate, so there is still a slight chance that Dvorak could face trial in August, 2018.

I wasn't able to listen to the radio broadcast, neither was I able to listen to the related discussions in PT owing to major time zone differences. However I do have a copy of a PT scroll. I notice in the scroll that there doesn't seem to be definite timeline for these events to occur - in fact someone quoted from that broadcast "that it could happen anytime from tomorrow until years in the future" (paraphrased). Also, from the PT scroll, I don't see any reference to the trigger event(s) for these proposed payments. Do you happen to know if payment, especially the first one, is dependent on GCR/DinarRV, according to viewpoint of those people (AH/GV) being interviewed ,- or was there any mention of some other trigger event such as the closure of the legal trial? At any rate it became clear over the next couple of years that the company was being mistreated and seller boxed by something that the then head of the Securities and Exchange Committee denied ever took place which was the naked shorting of shares. And what they did by selling those naked shares of stock, they were sending all of the money (a woman interrupts complaining about difficulty hearing bc other people are talking. It was awfully noisy and quite difficult to hear Mr. Hodges and focus on what he was saying. With all of the interruptions I wondered if they were purposefully driven. It was unfair, yet he remained calm and collected. ) and Mr. Hodges says: “I’m sorry I’ll try to speak more clearly. (Mr. Hodges is asked to hold on a minute…) AH~ “Alright.” Moderator: “Go ahead Al.” Okay, at any rate I determined that I had to determine what was really going on with this company for a lot of different reasons. I began a six (6) months investigation that I conducted myself, personally. Fortunately I had the wherewithal to do that at the time. And what I discovered was that a number of attorneys had been consulted by the Board of Directors of this company to find out what was really going on; what was happening to the company; why it was losing all this money and all of the attorneys had turned down the Board of Directors because the statue of limitations had run. I further determined that there was a Supreme Court case in 1970 called Bivens, B-I-V-E-N-S, wherein the U. S. Supreme Court determined that if a wrong had been committed by somebody under color of law, in other words they were operating on behalf of the government while doing some act and they committed damage at a constitutional level that the Supreme Court said that there had to be a remedy and they crafted their own remedy from the common law. That was the case that came down in 1970, most attorneys apparently are not aware of it. But at any rate I filed a BIVENS action against ten (10) of the SEC commissioners on a personal level and served them all personally for what was close to four trillion dollars (4,000,000,000,000.00) in damages. Because what had happened, in what my investigation showed, was that this company had been used as part of a sting operation by the Federal Government without notice to the company’s employees or shareholders and as a result of their use in this sting operation, the federal government had co-opted a large sum of money from the wrong doers who were naked shorting the company and had a meeting that took place in Las Vegas in a large hotel room being shown by Robert Mahue who was then the CEO of the company or at least a direc; the chairman of the board of the company. And he had shown a power point presentation to all of these brokerage house people demonstrating to them that he had the goods and could prove that they had naked shorted the company’s shares of stocks. He then collected upward of (4) trillion dollars (4,000,000,000,000 ) or promises to pay that much money from all of these brokerage companies because the brokerage companies were given an option of either paying up or being prosecuted by the federal government. They decided not to; they had a one time get out of jail free card. As the result of all of this the only thing the that government required at the end of the day was the right to determine when this money would be distributed to the shareholders and when the shareholders would be notified about what had been going on with their company. They then proceeded to promise the shareholders various payments over a number of years." Moderator interruption: “Thirty seconds to wrap up please.” AH ~ "Alright I will do it. They had a short period of time in which to make those payments to the shareholders, they refused to do so and strung them along for years; that was the basis of the lawsuit because we considered that a taking under the fifth amendment. Outstanding! This coincides with what I’m reading about the new banking systems, they are up, running and safe! Just like Al said long ago, “we don’t get paid until the banks are safe.” (Something along those lines) It’s just taken a lot longer than anyone expected, it’s a big swamp!

It was rumored that President Trump was expecting to press the green light for the GCR/RV on July 4. Didn’t happen, and no one seemed to know why. Right now there appeared to be a lot of pressure for the GCR/RV to begin tomorrow July 9, or Tues. July 10 because if the GCR didn’t happen soon, it was said that there would be a correction of Government Bonds to fair market value, with an expected result of stock and bond markets going to near zero, while commodity markets would likely rise to astronomical values. In other words, with other countries going gold-backed (like the kingpin Zimbabwe currency expected to be announced tomorrow July 9) a fiat US dollar wouldn’t be worth anything and the cost of real goods would be very high before becoming scarce. That dollar collapse sounded like the Cabal’s New World Order plan and likely the reason for Trump’s declaration of a trade war last Friday – to force them into submission. To top it off Greg of the below link reminded us that within 120 days of announcing NESARA/GESARA elections must be held to bring in the Restored Republic government. I guess I have a hard time with wrapping my head around collecting 4 trillion dollars from brokers. Let's break that down, 1 billion is 999 million. 999 billion is 1 trillion and we are looking at 4 times that? Can someone explain how on Earth they would of collected that kind of money without having every brokerage firm go out of business? Thanks for the replies. IMO It didn't happen and it's not going to happen.Robert Maheu collected an extraordinary $250 billion giving us our .40 pps. It's an amazing achievement. 🤗😸🤓🤞 |

IMO I don't the pps will be based on 800 billion shares, years ago Urban Casavant had the original shares count locked away. Plus all shares that were seized from the court cases will be cancelled out. So who really knows what the bonified share count really is. 629 Billion is the share count |

Do you all believe that there will be currency revaluations soon?
Personally I believe that the reason that President Trump is placing Tariffs on China, is to force their hands into doing a currency revaluation. (They have been devaluing their currency for years). He would gladly remove the Tariffs if they would trade fairly. IMO.. If China did so, then the U.S. would follow suit. This would begin an Global Currency Revaluation. Then there would be no excuse for us not to be paid, if what Al has being saying is true. IMO

The comments on the Facebook thread for this seem to make a point that NHE and NHHI(CMKM) are not related and this is just for NHE. I was under the impression that NHE has used money from CMKM to help fund NHE. I may be way off on my thinking though.
