RE: Update on CMKM vs. Wells Fargo

To All CMKM Shareholders:

The long-awaited hearing to argue certain merits and aspects of CMKM vs. Wells Fargo was held today in Las Vegas. Briefly stated, Judge Scann has allowed our case to proceed. However, we fully expect the Wells Fargo legal team to attempt to delay/overturn the case and the move to a discovery phase in the days ahead. We have won this round, but there is a long fight remaining. We are essentially starting at “square one” again.

I am thankful that our case is still alive, and remain cautiously optimistic that we will eventually prevail and receive due compensation from a very large banking institution that clearly participated in a large and very damaging fraud against the company and its Shareholders.

I will post any court documents that are generated from today’s hearing on this website upon receipt, and will comment further as information is made available to me. Thank you and God bless.

I just hung up with Bob. Since I'm in front of my computer I thought I would post an update for those who genuinely are concerned about him.

As he has often said, and as those of you who have talked with him know, Bob suffers from Parkinson's. I have two other friends with the same so I'm familiar with some of the maladies that one has to bear when fighting the disease. Bob has been in the hospital since the beginning of March as the doctors worked to correct situations caused by the stopping of a medication he has been taking for a very long time. As you might imagine, when your body is used to something as strong as these meds are, it can have adverse effects when changes are made. He is headed back to the hospital again today for another battery of treatment and will return home mid-week next week. He will make an effort to come to the board as soon as he is able. He asked that I mention to you he misses talking with some of his favorite folks and is thinking of everyone.

Thank you for the kind words and prayers. I had many a prayer sessions. I am still mending. I was on a 52 week reduction program for a prescription drug for the treatment of Parkinson's Disease. The prescription drug is extremely dangerous. After the 27th week of being on the reduction schedule, I decided to stop taking the prescription drug. The result was catastrophic causing the brain stem to start hardening which would have lead to brain death. I was hospitalized, put back on the medicine, and the reduction program was contunued for another four weeks with 24 hour medical staff watching and supervising the reduction. To give you an idea how powerful this prescription drug is..heroin take 10 days to withdraw. I crawled every inch of the hospital room, many times. I lost 28 pounds. I am still weak and have a lot of catching up to do. Please bear with me as I will continue to do what I can. My appreciation again...you are a great family of friends.
