My research is showing me this US intervention has nothing to do with the people in Damascus being gassed. Instead and as usual it's about money. Specifically a pipeline that Qatar and Saudi want to build vs. a Russian pipeline, both of which would go through Syria. Even the MSM is confirming this by pointing out that the Saudi's are willing to pay for the "intervention". The real problem is that any US intervention could start WWIII. Acca talks in PalTalk
• This is my notes from Acca's talk this evening. The audio occasionally broke up but I think I got most of it. Also, this is pretty much in the order I heard it.
• Acca came in around 8:35 to 8:45 pm, 9/27/13
• A new company coming NLT 10/29/13. Payment by that time.
• The money will be less than expected but still a good number
• Way, way way way north of 17 cents. More than $5 / share.
• Wells Fargo & other financial entities are involved.
• One payment
• One packet delivered by certified mail
• All shares treated the same (deli's, etc.)
• Payment will be non-taxable (federal, state)
• Acca wants Desparado to be the one to announce it's done.
• Penalties, interest, etc. $7.40 / share
• Fines & Penalties are separate from asset backed trust
• One payment consists of Valuations, fines, interest & penalties -- settlement (no federal or state taxes)
• One company but with different entities involved within that company
• He has seen notarized documentation before he was persuaded to come in and do this tonight
• This is the last time he will do this until we are paid.
○ If 10/29 comes around and we aren't paid, then we won't hear from him again.
○ He really believes and wants us to believe.
• There is no event that has to happen to cause the payment to be made.
• It is an entity.
• All the paperwork is in line with this happening within one month.
• Citigroup - we'll be surprised.
• Huffington Post will do an article on Urban in October
• 10/5/13 -- first date he saw prior to documentation he saw.
• Return address on our packets will be Las Vegas, NV
• Bernacki is the good guy.
• CIM is not coming into play. Confusing report about this. One of the settlements is to not have CIM involved.
• Renounceable rights -- possible
• There will be a prospectus in the packet.
• He wouldn't comment on FFGO

Given Acca's past behavior and track record, why should anyone believe what he has to say, now? I listened to the Q & A in Paltalk and nothing he said differs from his claims of the past. Packets, Payout, Blah, Blah, Blah... Same story, different date... IMO  P.S. - I hope he's right this time, but I'm not betting on it... |

What was really interesting about Acca's talk was he mentioned something
to the effect that "if a shareholder had $390,000,000 - he really wouldn't
care about his 50 million shares. That was well before the actual mention
of $7.80 but I did the math when he said it. This was just after the talk
of "north of $.17" and I believe before the north of $5.

Are settlements always done through a court or an arbitrator? If papers were notorized would that then become official and binding?

Settlements can be done through court, arbitrator, or as you often hear "out of court" between party's and their legal counsel. The nature of the notarized docs was not disclosed. |

Not really sure that it's progress per se. Rather interesting that Mitchell,
as reported as being Helen Bagley's son, plead guilty for a trial scheduled
for 2014. He either plea bargained - or wanted free room and board and/or
a husband................................
The other defendants in that case were of course:
Helen Bagley, Brian Dvorak, Ginger Gutierrez, James Kinney, Jeffrey Turino, Melissa Spooner
