RE: CMKM Name Change, Link to DOJ Update Regarding CMKM
To All CMKM Shareholders:
A new name for CMKM Diamonds, Inc. has been chosen and reserved with the Texas Secretary of State. I will host a webinar in mid-June to announce the name selection and provide a period for Shareholder comments prior to finalizing the name registration.
I am in the process of finalizing the Corporate Resolution approving the name change, and will post the Resolution on the CMKM website in conjunction with the webinar. Unfortunately CMKM cannot currently afford the cost of printing and distributing new stock certificates, but your Shareholder/ownership rights will not change in any way whatsoever. If you currently hold CMKM shares those shares will be recognized 100% by the newly-named corporation.
As CMKM/(New Name) acquires the critical mass of capital needed to prepare for returning to trading status we will print and issue new stock certificates. I do not intend for this change to be a cost to Shareholders for the issuance of new certificates – the company will bear the cost at the proper time.
The name CMKM Diamonds, Inc. has been associated for many years with apparent fraud, delisting from trading, zero ROI, and many other illegal, negative or unfortunate events. It is time to move the entity forward into a brighter future, and the name change is one of the many necessary steps in this process. The CMKM name currently carries such a stigma as to prevent management from forming the necessary relationships needed with lawyers, accountants, bankers, future employees, and other needed associates or potential working partners.
