Does anyone know who paid to have this investigation? If it was not the company, it should not be posted on the "Official" company website.

Hi indebt
Jerry was a shareholder and member of "fish's" board. He was the one who put together I think 7 shareholders that participated in this action/investigation.
As for the Oppression defense: The Plaintiff originally filed the action, claiming shareholder oppression, after the corporation's board of directors voted to replace the Plaintiff as president of the Company.
No where near resembles what we're looking at.

Hey TC,
I have a '96 Camaro I am trying to sell. Do you think the company might allow me to post a picture of it on the company website?

Maybe this is the direction the company should go. We could be the new Ebay. We already have 50,000 customers.

I was never convinced of that 50,000 number. If it's extrapolated based on average number of shares faxed in to Frizzel - I think it's wrong. If it's based on buying/broker accounts - I bought from 2. If it's based on the number of certs - I have 5. I tend to believe more smaller numbers and even the membership numbers of the various proboards back when this was in "full contact hype mode". Fryar's Report was based on a "fishing expedition". The line near the end: There is no way that we can ever conclusively prove that a secret trust fund does not exist; but we can say that there is no credible evidence to suggest it does......... I was told it makes Al Hodges look like a real "nut case" - is that purposely done for our benefit? Is this just another stonewalled lawyers remarks because he wasn't smart enough to find anything conclusive? Don't know............................ TC
