I spoke with Steve this evening. He told me he did call John Bush, CEO of INNX about the rumor that he saw CMKM on a list of payees from the WGS. After a few attempts at calling, Steve did get John Bush to answer. When he told him who he was (President of CMKX) and why he was calling, Bush promptly hung up the phone. Steve mentioned he felt certain that many shareholders have been calling Bush.
We discussed the website for INNX and the company info--let alone the corporate phone number being registered to a cell phone in Arkansas. Steve's impression wasn't all that encouraging about INNX.
Steve will try to reach him again the first of the week but isn't confident Bush will answer...he sounded uncomfortable getting a call from Steve, but might have just been weary from being inundated.
