These questions may have been asked before, but does anyone know who Steve Kirkpatrick is, how he became associated with CMKX and who handed the company over to him? While I appreciate his willingness to take on the difficult issues, I suggest we concentrate our efforts on the core samples... If they prove positive, we have value and we can move forward with rebuilding the company we invested in. If not, we can move on with litigation, recovering assets, etc... First and foremost, I think we need to get our priorities straight and determine if we have value, before we do anything else. T/P ~

Thanks, Seagull. Great information... It wouldn't surprise me one bit, if we were to find that Frizz and the boys cleaned out the coffers and left us holding the bag, again. The guy always struck me as a self serving, little weasel... Being an attorney, I'm sure he dotted his I's and crossed his T's, just in case anyone decided to go after him. After all, he could always claim anything received was compensation for his "tireless efforts". Personally, I think the only thing he had in mind was stripping the company of its remaining assets, in an effort to get his initial investment back, along with some extra cash for "Services Rendered"...
