Clem, alot has been said about what is being pursued by the company.
I assume you do know whats going on with the Wells case or are you just a thumb sitter who just sits and complains and takes no time to follow anything execpt gurus.

what I KNOW about this case, I read in documents and court filings.
Exactly what do you think anyone here can do about it, its being done already. bmcs settled for an undisclosed amount..that wasnt too shabby.
Their case is identical to ours with one exception. where they were suing over 7 billion shares illegally medallion stamped at the bank, we had over 250 billion stamped, so a much larger case! We have the same lawyer. So.. why would
ANYONE in cmkx.. who wants at least SOME retribution for what was done to us, try to derail that? Save the platitudes, just please answer that question.
