I only hear second hand info from them though as I don't talk to anyone in Al's camp these days. In fact bob said even the FBI was surprised with my posts to him, they thought I was harsh. I am still hearing they say it is over, but my own contacts say it is not over yet, they are hoping this month, but no guarantees. We should all act like it isn't happening and force our company to be real IMO. cmkxunofficial.proboards.com/index.cgi?board=mofo&action=display&thread=9435&page=9

Thanks lookinup2012: from Christian Board: SEC responds « Thread Started Today at 12:58am » -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- www.411-room.com/AppealCourt/SECanswerBrief043012.pdfNot once in this filing does the SEC say there is no trust fund, or funds collected for the shareholders - only that Al has not substantiated that there is a fund with documentation. Kind of strange if you ask me. This entire exchange between Al and the SEC lawyers is like an eternal rerun of "Who's on First." This has to be a ruse because any Judge with a brain, or a desire to find answers in this case would make these lawyers lose the double speak and constant evasion of facts and just spill the evidence and invite a real rebuttal. Al, lay it out, show your proof, call in the witness to the broker settlement with Maheu and supporting video/documentation... and SEC, do you disagree that there is a trust fund, or funds collected, or are you going to just dance around the vague accusations until whoever is orchestrating this unconvincing legal drama decides it is time to get real? For crying out loud, this is like taking a 15 minute conversation and turning it into the longest running tv series in history. This should have been an open and closed case. It's time for shareholders to face the reality that this (case) is not about getting our funds turned over, it's about occupying time (years of time) for reasons we are not allowed to know. We have no reason to lend credibility to this legal performance. It cannot be the means to the end and it is most certainly not the means to get us to where we believe we should be, it is a tactic to keep us busy, and/or it is buying somebody or some entity time (compounding interest?). If this was truly supposed to be an aggressive attempt to release funds, we would all be managing huge sums of money by now. Al would have produced the evidence and we would have been paid a very long time ago. I hope the show is about to end, because it is becoming laughable, and documentably so. Closure or exposure please. Please. imo-jo Read more: cmkxhottub.proboards.com/index.cgi?board=general&action=display&thread=2613&page=2#ixzz1tjCfV4TB

What we really need is for CMKM to start trading again. The fair and right thing for the company to do for the shareholders, who have been in this thing for what seems like decades. Is to allow us ample time to sell our shares before the company releases new shares into the market. So the company could announce that it is trading and how many authorized shares that it has, release a small amount such as 10 million into the float just to get things moving. Then when people start buying and those 10 million are gone, the only place that they could get them is from us.. Then after X amount of time, they could release more authorized shares into the market.. This would be a good way of doing it IMO.
