The way I read this in layman's terms is how can you blame 1st Global if they relied on Dvorak and D. Roger Glenn.
That is what they are supposed to do, rely on Attorney's Opinion Letters.
And if D. Roger Glenn and Dvorak are not named in the suit then this is ridiculous.

Pretty good logic to me. I sure would like to see the answer on this one. It seems the attorney's named have some "splanin to do".
