David, I noticed something in Al's...
...last post. He referred to shareholders as "payee's". He's never done that before. We were always referred to as shareholders, or as bashers like to call us "bagholders". Is this important? I believe it is, as it implies completion. A shareholder is often the potential of wealth...a payee is a designation.
I am fully confident that NOW is the time.
I believe Kirkpatrick recent post spelled out the company's demise. Prepping us with the immense cost of litigation, the reality 'statute of limitations' has expiered, the millions needed for Koch, when we don't have pennies.
Also, Hodges "Apologia" letter. I believe he's sorry that he had to lie and decieve us to make the plan work, but there was no other way.
So, put it all together...we're there.
