Hello Shareholders,

Let me assure you I am still here with the Shareholders. Though I am silent, the volume switch is still there when it is appropriate for me to communicate. Any rumors or thoughts to my deaf, or death to the cause, are unfounded and greatly exaggerated. I am still alive....still struggling as many are....and still positive about the outcome. I had to take a breather for serious health reasons and spend time and money on getting better. It is not that I am afraid of death, just I don't want to be there when it happens. Again my apologies for the silence.

For those of you who are frustrated, angry, and anxious, you have a right to be. We all are. We have our tolerances, limits, and our ways of coping with this situation. I have read several excellent messages. I cannot convey any better what has been said. This is a monumental struggle, as well as a mental struggle. We must remain focused, united, and supportive of those who are actively working on a just outcome for the Shareholders. I support Attorney Hodges and his Team. I appreciate their determination to get this resolved.

This is not just an ordinary outcome and income, it is an extraordinary outcome and income that is just. Thank you.

I have heard this date before, but not from Attorney Hodges. I am hopeful and cautious as we have been there before. I will share what I know and can.

Since Al Hodges hasn't yet shared any Trust evidence with any of the plaintiffs, are you relying on AH's word alone that a Trust exists?

Attorney Hodges has worked on releasing the Trust funds for the last two years with other attorneys; he has filed a lawsuit concerning the trust funds; the trust funds are explained in the legal documentations both public and private; Attorney Hodges has dedicated his staff and over a million dollars to get the trust funds released; other shareholders' attorneys have verified but refuse to share publicly after watching what Attorney Hodges was subjected to for sharing information; there are more evidence which cannot be disseminated in public forum...

There is more than just one person's word...there is trust.

fizzy and his sidekick west was always in it for themselves. we need to file against them to recoup all monies paid to them for doing nothing but taking the shareholders little settlements and putting it in their own pockets instead of a fund for us, the shareholders. jmo
