If it were negative, why have Mr. Dennis Smith say anything at all? Mr. Dennis Smith's message is informing the shareholders that Attorney Hodges will address the shareholders as he said he would. Mr. Smith also conveys that Attorney Hodges is strongly dedicated to get the funds released to the shareholders. Attorney Hodges has put in everything he has and continues to do so until the funds are with the shareholders.
