Mona Lisa................ say no more TC, I couldn't agree with you more. I've been hoping for "no news is good news"! I truly believe no one knows "when" except one person and that there will be no predictions/rumors prior to the announcement/deliveries. Hey Seagull..I had requested it stay in my room, and typed my request not to post... but 10 minutes later it was all over the place minus my request not to post...lol...I have only myself to blame for typing it for the room. I also mentioned I am aware we have heard this a gazillion times...but yes I did hear it from a friend of mine.

Well well...new CEO ?? There's so much to this thing itz insane.
I posted here 2 years ago about Arbitration Clauses and how it's a silver bullet for brokers. the truth is, none here had the option of actually taking your broker to court. If you research those cases, it makes sense the routes CMKX went. But there was of course other "issues".

CMKX said when the legal stuff was done, the BOD would step aside. Who is Mr. Kirckpatrick ??...i have an idea, but nothing solid. But when you consider Maheu and reading all this in reverse, like i've said for many years....i bought into this in Feb'04.
But 2 things....i've always said,,,until anyone on any side of this calls Mr. David G. Liston as a witness, then "you & me" will never know the truth. Mr. Liston was reping CMKX at the time the SEC started looking into the trading. Before working for CMKX he was the Asst District Attorney for Manhattan.
At the time he worked for CMKX he was chasing down a multi-billion dollar laundering scam overseas and was thanked by the chinese govt.
Now what would such an insignificant little company be doing with a guy like that, while doing that kind of work ?? And why did CMKX never mention him coming....OR going ?? He's only mentioned in the SEC court filings.
Second....with the new CEO and his longer term goals:
" There are other potential sources of cash on the horizon, but to discuss them in this forum could compromise our position and ability to collect funds. "
That is before the sampling, and claims and pro-rata.
$70m is all it would take to do a 10 cent per share pay-out. And that's including the shares CMKX said will eventually be canceled.
Either way....this can actually finally all be making sense. The old players are all gone now. Everything is cleared up and any assets CMKX gets itz hands on are now being touched with clean hands.
the new CEo said in coming days the past work will come to light...ok,,we'll see. I'am hoping itz true becuz even tho itz been an unreal time-line....whatz there to lose and this thing has IRONICALLY....never filed BK or gone away,,,just like it said it wouldn't in 2005/2007.

Would i had let this run wild to see the branches from a govt's perspective ....absolutely.
And that's the only thing that makes sense why there's no answers on certian things and why such a "pinky" stock could have survived such an onslaught of market crap...because a govt is behind it.
Why catch taxes up ??...delisting violations cleaned up ??...NSS fade away ??
Is it because "cash" is in recovered frozen accounts ?? And i'am not saying trillions or no crap like that. I've already said a measly $70m is one hellofa pay out.
And it would be a joke of an amount for a Govt to make "appear" in some way without exposing all tha bums.
If there is cash Mr. Kirckpatrick comes into....IMO,,,some amount of divy...and you can cry about a max potential of say 10 cents being a rip off and i'd say your stupid.
Even at .05....thatz a nice divy. It's not our fault for those who bought in a little less or at a penny. At least you wouldn't have been ripped off and reward goes to the risk takers....which is SUPPOSED to be the basis of investing.
So let's say...dividend,,,1010 moves forward,,CMKX does the pro-rata...(good bye to the small / med shareholders...but that was the point of the divy )....the new Mgt Mr. Kirckpatrick & new BOD are given shares of New Corp. Notice he said no compensation "at this time". And what's been one of the biggest pushes for CEO reform over the years.....pay for performance,,,stock based comp for upper Mgt.
That type of pay sure would fit for the one of the most vocal companies for market reform.
CMKX will fade and so will everything people have wasted years sitting and watching...unless you've created a personal file over the years. Fine...worse things have happened in life.
But i said years ago....until someone,,anyone...calls David G. Liston as a witness...then i won't even bother wasting my time with following this day in and out....& until the then current Mgt was gone, it won't move as a "corporation".
Well Mr. Kirkpatrick.... I've been here since 2004,,,whatz it gonna be. Are you gonna continue what LOOKS like a circus,,,and pay a price for it eventually in some way n your life....or is this finally resolved and moving forward??....i hope it is and thanks for playing your role. If not....nothing we do in life goes unpunished.

Lets see, there are only 2 days left in this week, and only one of them is a work day. It's now 4 pm EST so, (pardon my pessimism) but I don't have high hopes for this latest rumor. I know, this is the rumor thread and I would LOVE it if it happens and proves me wrong.
