What does "11ish" mean? Does that relate to Monday and Tuesday? Why are things quiet? And what are "croonies"? Is that a veiled reference to Bing Crosby?

My take is that we all are going to celebrate at the Cronies Sports Grill in a secretive manner around 11 Monday or Tuesday..
