I spoke with Bob for a couple hours yesterday. He would be referring to #2.

There is much talk going on about things in process--and some of the changes are visible, such as the Board changes with the company. While unexplained, it seems to suggest there is activity.

FWIW, as Bob and I discussed at length..."whatever and whenever" simply aren't things that will be told prior, nor likely "figured out." If this is as big, as complex, as life-changing, policy-changing, country-changing, diaper-changing as we've heard for quite some time...then it will likely remain quiet until the day it happens.

Just the opinion of a couple buds...fwiw.

I have stated to watch global events for quite some time now, I don't think many Americans realize how important the Europe situation is to us. The chief of the Bank of England recently said that this period is the worst economic crisis since the Great Depression and perhaps in history.

The Europe and the U.S. economy are systemic and deeply rooted. The United States remains the global engine of the world economy, especially of the Western economies. So far, Obama (in my opinion, purposely) has failed to create a consensus-driven mandate of economic leadership. In fact, he has taken steps that will make the recession deeper and longer. Example Obama's $1 trillion-plus national health care plan. Who is going to pay for it? You and I, which will reduce the American peoples discretionary spending. All along I've said I believe this is part of the plan to push us ever so closely to the edge of the cliff, I still believe the old will collapse into the new. Which is why I'm making this post.

Get back to the European situation, as we see many of the domino's I've talked about falling one by one, it's all happening right before our eyes, some see it, some don't. Keep your eyes on two important things coming up, the "Super Committee" outcome and the ever failing situation in Europe.

Keep in mind, this is always been a global transformation, it had to be or it wouldn't have ever worked. Remember we are a VERY SMALL part of this overall plan. Many still watch the Al Hodges Bivens case but it's only serving a certain purpose, it's not about IF we win, it's always been about WHEN! I've said from day one, the Bivens isn't the key in all of this, it's been an attention getter. Or as Jay Adobe would say, to get you to watch the bouncing balls. His analogy of the bus wasn't totally correct but instead of being on the bus, we've been in the airplane in a holding pattern is a better analogy. The bags that will be picked up from baggage claim have been earmarked for years and our holdup has been to keep us from those bags until the system change over is complete, so we and our bags can be safe from those thieves with the big gnarly teeth. those Wall Street/Banking guys that the OWS people are protesting against. More and more one sees how interconnected all of this is, the can is opening more and more everyday.

Anyone who isn't sure we are going to be paid surely hasn't been paying attention to the right people, many have purposely tried to mislead you and make you think there is no money for us, some are here to keep you guessing and keep you confused. Don't listen to anyone who is being negative, or tells you it won't happen. Look around you, and ask yourself the same question I've asked you to ask yourself for the last few years. Would we still be here, if we weren't part of a plan? Think of everything you've heard over the years and plug it into what is going on now. The picture should be coming into view.

You have to admit, there is a core group of shareholders that talked about things several years ago and were called conspiracy theorists by some and now everyone is talking about those same issues today. Were we very close to the truth or maybe even right all along? or just lucky guesses?

I know many are stressed, broke and tired, but if you think it's been getting a little crazy lately, you haven't seen nothing yet, it will get real crazy as we cross the finish line.

We are here for a reason, some just won't believe it until money is in hand.

And for those who don't think our prediction of a new asset backed currency, think about this. With all the money that has been printed, the economists and politicians biggest fear is yet to come.....Inflation, if and when inflation hits 10%, we are toast. The bursting of these bubbles lead to the ever "destructive feedback loop" it's like watching that little or big baby ruth bar circle the toilet before is goes down that little hole at the bottom and into the sewer. Go back and read my posts on the debt and dollar bubbles that are yet to come.

We only have one way out of this mess and we are about to see it play out.

Well it's been a while. But I have an ok to share some information I received from an old dear friend by the name of Kevin West. Here is what he had to say.

1) Steve Brewer has not in any way financed, given money or anything else to CMKM since Kevin ran the company. So that puts the kabosh on the Steven Brewer "claim" made by diamondsrus.

2) The next update from the company will have details and direction in which the company is going for the shareholders.

3) that the company will update the shareholders to the current state of what has transpired since its last update within the next 2-3 weeks.

and

4) There was a small settlement that was agreed upon to settle any possible court allowed costs incurred by the defendant which could be possibly be instituted against the Company according to Nevada law.

And no, this isn't a rumor and no I can't prove a thing so don't embrace or believe this if you don't want to. I really don't give a rats ass patooty.

There is no fake ending. If it was a fake, they could have said it was a scam and be done long ago.

There are no roles being played. Attorney Hodges is not working for CMKM Diamonds and CMKM Diamonds is not working for Attorney Hodges. The Bivens Lawsuit is real. The ending is real.

I have to totally disagree with Bob, sorry. The only way it's real is that it's actually been and is going through the courts system. If it was truly real, Al wouldn't have jacked around with semi-serious evidence, he would have dropped to cold hard evidence bomb a long time ago that would have hung everyone from the SEC to DTCC to the President and everyone in between. Let's look back at how Al has operated, how many times did he agree to delay certain court progression actions at the other parties request? How many times did Al push back certain dates? How come Al didn't change his evidence the second time around? And now where do we stand? Is he going to add anymore evidence? Let's look at that, if he adds more damaging evidence this time around, one has to ask, why now and not before? If he doesn't add anymore evidence, why would anyone expect any different outcome? And Al's own words to a couple shareholders I know, I won't mention their names but they're credible. Al has said, "It's not a matter of IF, it's a matter of when? Hmmmm, why so confident if he doesn't know the end result? Doesn't sound like he's too worried about us losing now, does it?

I love you Bob but I just don't see it the way you do. How many times has Al told you that it's over? Be honest now!!!! We are approaching a year from the first time he indicated it should be over. Who is giving him his information? I highly doubt after a year of being told it's over with, one would think Al is foolish enough to believe his contact or those who give him this information.. This is IF Al is truly fighting this case for real.

Anyone who doesn't realize by now that everything was planned from a very high authority and everyone who was involved, didn't have their tasks compartmentalized. We all know what that is by now. Hasn't been paying attention to the details.

Don't take this post wrong, I'm 1000% behind Al and always have said so, as well as Bob. I just see his purpose and the Bivens differently, that's all.

And I'm not saying or agreeing that the ending is fake either. The ending is real, I do agree with Bob on that. But I also believe the ending is planned and always has been planned to unfold in a timely and chronological order.

I love you Bob and appreciate everything you have done and still do. Please don't anyone take this post in a negative way about my feelings or respect for Al Hodges and Bob. It's just a difference of opinion because that's all I've ever posted, my opinion.

As you can see, the lid is rattling from the contents inside coming to a boil and putting pressure on the lib forcing it to dance. As the pressure builds inside it will dance even harder until the weight of the lib can no longer hold the built up pressure, and BOOM!! it will blow off....

Have you noticed how that pressure is building? Look around, you will notice that there is more articles, books and pressure being put on an already unstable situation, from Europe's financial situation to it's infection breathing on our shore's. From OWS to the so called battle between both sides of the "Super Committee". From the typical masquerading of politicians to the books, articles and media shining a light on the Capitol Hill's corrupt system or should I say loose rules that allow them to get away with actions that would put you and me in jail for a long time. From our corrupt Lobbying system to our 99% - 1% historical battle.

As I have said for a long time, getting the masses to except changes of serious nature, they must get us to a situation of "We have no other choice" or squeezing the masses until they cry "HELP" at any cost. I continue to say we are (the average American) and our economy have been collateral damage for the cause. The faltering economy and no jobs (which go hand in hand) had to be part of the pressure in the pot in order for this to work. Remember most of this leads back to our Banks.

As I have stated, everything your seeing right now is a precursor of what is to come. The pressure continues to build.

When it blows, it's going to make a mess, it will most likely cost many in Washington to lost their positions of power, scare some and for you and I who have a front seat, will be smiling all the way to the bank. Keep in mind many Americans don't have a clue of what is going on around them, they will be the ones who are lost or don't understand.

Look back and notice, many politicians have ran for the exits already for fear of making headlines or being put into books, they were the smart ones, but some still sit on the Hill and await there fate!

I was never going to speak of this in public unless it was warranted and further investigation were to proceed, so here goes--I WAS INTERVIEWED BY THE FBI and never heard one more peep out of them since then!! The questions they asked me were scripted and basically generic in form. I told them things that were relevant to our position and more than half of what I told them; they had no idea what I was talking about. What really made me all excited was when I asked to see their I D and it said, SPECIAL AGENT ON THE BADGE!!!!

It was less than a few months ago and in answer to Tim's question, they asked questions like what do I know about the STING and my answer took about a half hour to tell them and do I know who Urban is? Never once did they ask about Certs, Naked Short Selling; they didn't even know what that
was, but don't worry, after I was done with them they both were well educated about our plight. What good it did, I have no idea??
