:)Sorry guys...I anounced my retirement(pending) when I was 62...I'll be 71 my next birthday. But on the plus side, I am still kicking...lol ;D

Hopefully, they'll agree to our payment in order to avoid going to court. Please recall that Al is insisting on a trial by jury. That could be very detrimental to the SEC if ordinary Americans were sitting there in the jury box listening to all the BS that the SEC has been shoveling out for years.

I'm hoping to hear that a settlement has suddenly been made.

Hey Funado....nice post.

I'm just wondering why the naysayers on this board do not see the bigger picture.
This judges decision was huge...it lets Al present his case to the court for all to see....unless a settlement comes prior.
The dates listed are common for court scheduling.....back in the saddle again !
