By: bhollenegg 30 Aug 2011, 02:55 PM EDT Gusjarvis, We all want answers and are just as frustrated, but going after the ones working to get the funds released is not going to get answers or release the funds. Attorney Hodges will inform us when it is done. They are not playing games. This is serious and involves many entities. Attorney Hodges and his Team will prevail. Spend time with family or projects...posting or reading negative messages will only bring you down. ragingbull.quote.com/mboard/boards.cgi?board=CMKI&read=1034768

Has anyone considered that the continuation of the company might have actually hurt our changes of getting a settlement?
As Al pointed out, the board members had agreed to wrap up the affairs of the company and to distribute it's assets to the shareholders.

I can see where you could get that idea, however, the "company" has really only "discussed" moving forward - not necessarily implemented said continuation. It will be interesting to see whether the hotline is active in September........ That being said - I'm still thinking that a quick call to Bill from Al could/would stop or hold progress of "Future CMKM" - and that alternate plans for "Newco" could be implemented, no? TC

He knows more about this than any of us and his delay in answering tells me this is not a simple open and shut case. There is still information that is being shared in the strictest of confidence and a push for the two sides to settle and be done with it or it goes to the Supreme Court. Nobody outside the parties that are in this judges courtroom will influence anything.Just how this little pea brain see's it. Have a great evening y'all...
