The London Office of the FBI just contacted me. The agent said that the Nevada FBI have criminal indictments against those who broke the law. The Nevada FBI are arresting or already made some arrests. The agent said that it is good that we have Attorney Hodges working on getting money for the shareholders.

Bigo1966...my posting of the FBI call was as a follow-up to Gusjarvis's messages that he contacted the FBI. Gus was concerned that the FBI was not doing anything. The FBI are and have been working the CMKX situation.

I explained earlier that Attorney Hodges will be the one to inform the Shareholders when it is done. I do not have any more info on the status. I am expecting it to be completed and just waiting for the word.

I'm thinking that if this was an FBI raid then they are known to make arrests seize computers, records and accounts.. Maybe since they wouldn't give us the money............................ They are going in and taken it!

In 2006, I met with a man that I have known since we were 6 and asked him about interpleaders. He is a sitting Federal Judge and I asked him to look for the CMKX interpleader. He told me that it was a closed proceding and that we receiving cards in the mail and the worldwide USA Today notice was definitely what would be required for such an action. Both happened in the Summer of 2006.

One more thing, every shareholder in cmkx should

sign this petition, and carefully read the work. To me it proves the sting, but it clearly proves there was complete fraud by the government, it is one or the other, and either way we are being victimized right now
