He doesn't think it should be allowed, and he doesn't think it's within the legal framework. Another shareholder attorney (Lumiere, I think) agreed with that. Someone asked Wyatt if Al had actually been asked to apply for the 30-day extension, and Wyatt said he didn't know if he'd been asked or not, but that Al had told him something like, "They'd better get it done. I gave them 30 days." Wyatt said he would ask Dennis to write up something and post it for the shareholders tomorrow to explain what's happened, and what Al plans to do about it. He also confirmed that the original $0.86 F&P was now somewhere near $2.00, and the trust is separate. When asked who the trustee is, Wyatt said he didn't know but that many people assume that it's Peter Maheu (I think this is what he said, but I'm not 100% sure on this part). He said that the Chinese, Swiss, and other countries are upset that this is taking so long, and that the holdup is definitely in the U.S. He said that Al has devoted himself to this for so long, and that he's on the phone 24/7 applying pressure, and still believes that payment could come at any time. And he said that Tyler's operations are completely separate from Al's. He said that Attorney Fryar had contacted Al, but Al hadn't replied to him. He said that Al didn't plan to give information to Attorney Fryar. Wyatt did, however, say that he understands why the shareholders hired Attorney Fryer and said that he gives them credit for being proactive and doing something. This is only a fraction of what he said. The MP3 is about an hour long or so. Maybe someone else can remember more from it. WGS has to be released 1st so that the government has the money (from taxes on WGS) to pay the F&P to us. It and the Trust were tied together, but he said only 4 or 5 people know the details of the agreement... assumably from back when Mahue made the original deal. EU is on verge of collapse. Gold standard is coming. They heard that the US went to gold (precious metals) standard Yesterday! (not confirmed, still rumour). IRQ will Revalue. WGS will be released. All tied together. Has to happen to avoid world economic meltdown. Taxes: Al's understanding is that the Trust is a distribution of assetts, so no taxes on the trust money. Wyatt's opinion is that there will be no tax on F&P, but he doesn't "know". Packets: If registered with Transfer Online, you will receive an email from them when packets are ready. Key points of Wyatt's report (in no particular order):
a) Yesterday's motion by the gov't was extremely unusual and has not happened often historically. Appeared to be an act of desperation on their part.
b) Once one thing is released, it ALL gets released...i.e. fines and penalties first (it is $2 per share now, was $.86 a year ago. From the company’s perspective there will be an offer to buy you out (for $5) or you stay with the company ($8 a share). The $5 and $8 figures are hearsay and unofficial.
c) Fines and penalties money has not been released to us mainly because the Treasury Dept. does not have the money to pay us at this time. Treasury needs the WGS to occur in order to have the money to pay us. Order of payment: 1. WGS occurs 2. Our F&P paid 3. Dinar RV. Every time we see a delay, the Dinar RV sees a delay - it is all working in tandem.
d) ) Last Tuesday Al received a call "from the top" that it was going to go down on Tuesday. When it didn't happen, they got another call "from the top" that it would happen Wednesday and to be patient, that they were working on it.
e) Wyatt did not know specifically WHO was responsible for holding up payment. His personal opinion is that they are waiting for the entities to sign on the dotted line to go back to the gold standard. This is a battle to rid the world of FIAT currency. That is his personal opinion only. Payment will be in commodity/precious metal backed currency, not FRN's.
f) The rest of the world is by far worse off than we are and they need this money desperately and were applying the pressure to get this done.
g) Al had received a rumor that we had reverted to the gold standard Sunday night, but there was no confirmation on that.
h) Al is on the phone 24/7 talking to various people to get this thing settled and the funds released. The delay is definitely caused by entities within the US, and there is a great deal of pressure being applied by the rest of the world to get the WGS released. Al is “all in” and has everything on the line for this and believes that we are about to be paid any minute now. Al is a very smart man and Wyatt cannot see him being bamboozled. He is getting his info from good solid people in the administration, people of authority. He believes settlement is truly imminent.

Interesting thoughts on the Dinar boards regarding the delays. The continued rumors of release dates and then delay were by design to get people pumped up to buy more so that the UST and IRS could receive more tax revenue on more being cashed in here in the US. Who knows but it wouldn't surprise me at all!
