"Al is filling his brief to the 9th Circuit court of Appeals to why he feels that they should hear the case. The previous court said that there was no precedence for our particular Bivens case. The closing comments from Judge Selna were Maybe the 9th Circuit will interpret it the way you do. So Al is explaining why they should hear our case. Hopefully we will be paid prior to Monday." I don't understand why they would want to pay us when so far the courts aren't even wanting to hear our case.. Can anyone explain this? :)A lower court to set precedent, then this would have to be removed from public view. If all we've heard re: nss,trusts,etc..  I hope and pray that AH is as confident as I think he is. ;D Jim/SR BTW, he's FILING his brief, not filling them.;>)))  IMO |
