Since this is about Tyler de-listing....... I wonder if the discussion
is what many talked about before - that CMKM had to go away
before we get paid.......

Still, with ongoing lawsuits - CMKM won't just disappear, merely
becoming a de-listed - non-trading company until lawsuits are
settled and it has funds and a plan to become a "viable" company.

And....it's probably just an online form to re-apply.....

Not something I can get excited about.........

I thought we we're moving to Nevada? Looking at the Dinar rumors, it looks like people are only getting vouchers at this point, no cash in yet? Lastly, reading Harv's last post it seems there are some still interfering and seems odd all the talk lately about following the NDA and paperwork to the letter....perhaps more distractions?

It means, so I'm told, that they didn't follow the instructions that were provided on how to file properly and now are in the process of a do-over. A glitch to be fixed, again I'm told, by the end of the week.

I would rather it meant the check was on the way...unfortunately it means someone didn't "check their work" before turning it in.

It happens.
