People are bickering,,,negativity is abundant....
I find it truly sad to see some responses on the boards to shareholders that try to remain positive....Yet I understand their frustration, as I feel it every single day as well...
I just wish this journey had ended months/years ago...!!!!
Then we would not have to see all the frustration....




I am truly happy that we have the board we do.....
We are a small family here and it is what keeps us strong!!

The last few days have been deplete of any information...
Although a great friend of mine did hear some VERY positive news yesterday!!!!

the silence this time is wider spread then it has EVER been....
And this makes ME believe that we are damn close!
That is my honest opinion!

It is the weekend.....relax, have a few drinks, laugh,,,enjoy life!

Michael Cottrell have been waiting forever! If we are waiting for that, we are never going to get paid! imo

I bet you the powers that be placed us with the WGS b/c it's probably their intention not to pay us. This is ridiculous. IMO

2. to stimulate (something or someone to do something) by approval or help; support. Some shareholders have been able to see slightly more than just the surface and thus HONESTLY and TRUTHFUL have a right to encourage) and misleading( misleading as defined as follows 1.
to lead or guide wrongly; lead astray.

to lead into error of conduct, thought, or judgment Show me your proof I am misleading the shareholders. Where is your proof of my error in conduct?). ......what would encourage this shareholder would be a copy of the SC directive( the answer is very simple yet many do not want to make any attempt to. Harv Al Hodges never stated that he has an SC directive in his possession as far as I know......so lets get down to it Harv....you said that you had a copy and when I asked you to share it with a fellow shareholder....well you remember your reply if not I have copies of the posts if you would like a refresher....along with Chucky.....so that is why I asked you and not Al Hodges....

Oh and thank you for inferring that I have a half of a brain....most respectful.....if you would like to have an endeavor with this half of a brain...we could have an online game of my favorite pastime...chess...you will soon find out you can wish all you want but the reality is you will lose in under 7 moves on a slow day....THIS WILL ASSIST YOU IN DEFINING HEALTHY DREAMING AND DELUSIONAL THINKING.....

Over 300k documents in this case so far and the SEC appears to be claiming that they don't have enough money to copy documents (or probably even hire attornies to fight this case).
It is stated by counsel that over half of the SEC documents don't match the index. Can you imagine someone trying to itemize over 300k documents? That's not pages that's documents.

No wonder this case is taking so long and will continue (the SEC has stated more than once that there will be no settlement with outstanding lawsuits).

So let's hope that the SEC can get it's act together and settle this case (and the other cases), so we can all get paid.
