UPS is the only delivery company that I am aware of that you can track packages without a reference number. I have been doing some checking on the UPS website using the name of shareholders that I know and noticed some of them have two 1lb packets waiting for shipping instructions since December....they are highlighted in yellow (one shareholder had a green and yellow highlight) and if you click on the shipping number it says it is a 1lb packet. The address is Henderson Nevada. This may be a coincidence. If you see this would you please let us know on this thread with a YES. Please do not post personal information and the tracking numbers. This is what you have to do to check ... please follow the instructions very close 1. type in the address bar ups.com 2.at the top menu click on TRACKING and select TRACK SHIPMENTS 3.on the left side the TRACK BY NUMBERS window is open...look at the bottom of the window and you will see TRACK BY REFERENCES ..now click on it. 4.type your name in the Shipping Reference box. Try different variations of your name if you do not see any info..for instance...leave your middle intial off 5. on the DATE RANGE click on the first box and go to December 1...click on the 1 in the December 2010..it should now read on the date range 12/01/2010 to 05/17/2011 [[[the date will reset itself...please check the date each time you enter another variation of your name.]]] 6.on DESTINATION COUNTRY click on UNITED STATES 7.then click on the TRACK box 8. When the window opens scroll down until you see the yellow colored boxes with Henderson NV address. Thank you, BHollenegg cmkxunofficial.proboards.com/index.cgi?board=mofo&action=display&thread=8759&page=1Hint, Pay attention to #6: 6.on DESTINATION COUNTRY click on UNITED STATES Don't fill in your address info...just use United States. Later, Catdaddy

Today at 9:08am, agfadoc wrote:Then how are all these people involved with CMKX have packages that were sent to Henderson NV? I might add... Without their knowledge or consent. There were a couple of times it was reported that the packets were sent to holding areas of different delivery companies and would be released at the same time. Strange coincidence that that several shareholders have two packets waiting for instructions for delivery. The ones signing for the packages may working the holding area. Not everyone's name will be on the UPS. UPS is the only one that I know of that you can track packages by name online instead of tracking number. What a pain, but I did it. I registered with UPS, using my real name, real address, and real email address. Then I went to where you sent me in Tracking, then in reference I typed in CMKM, and hit enter.
WHAT THE HECK!?
I have sent 4 packages to Clearwater Florida on 3/21/2011, weighing close to 100 pounds total and signed for by Joe T., under the reference of CMKM. Then two more packages, one sent to Las Vegas on 12/14/2010 at one pound and signed for by Capps. And the last one sent by me to North Las Vegas on 12/14/2010 at one pound and signed for by Render. All of these clearly show CMKM as the reference.
I am calling UPS to get more details. The plot thickens. Swamp

Swamp Swamp, if you don't mind me asking, according to UPS, you've sent four separate packages, all referencing CMKM, to three different locations, that your completely unaware of? I noticed a similar situation in the thread, packages sent, not received? Thanks! Boyscout

Boyscout, to answer your question. Yes, I sent them, and all were received by someone I don't know. And just to be clear, I did not send any packages to anyone via UPS. Swamp

Swamp So, just thinking out loud, perhaps packages have been waiting at central distribution and were sent back on someones order...and because they were originally addressed to you, they show as you being the sender? What the heck is going on? Please pay us our F&P NOW! We'll never know what's causing the hold up. Thanks much Swamp! Boyscout

After a long conversation with UPS I have some answers. The two 1 lb. packages were sent by the SEC in Washington DC. to Thomas Pitaro ESQ. and Harold P. Gewerter ESQ. investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=46077531# and this one for Thomas Pitaro ESQ. manifesttrials.law.officelive.com/aboutus.aspxSo to follow up with this, I called Thomas Pitaro's office in Nevada and asked if she (the girl that answered the phone) received my package. She said she did not know about me or the SEC or anything. She did say that there are 4 or 5 attornies in that office but she did not recognize my name (no surprise there). I then asked if maybe it was in reference to CMKM Diamonds? She said she did not know of them. I asked if they were clients of theirs and she made it clear that they were not. CMKM or CMKX, neither one. Interesting. So Pitaro is not hired by CMKM (according to his secretary). Maybe he is opposing counsel? Next was Harold P. Gewerter ESQ. that name is deeply involved with CMKM for years. Now the last 4 packages were sent to a High Point Medical Company from CompUData Solutions in Florida. No real good reason why they show on my account and the CMKM letters are accompanied by other letters, so this could be an error. Overall it looks like the SEC sent two 1lb. packages in reference to CMKM to two attornies in Nevada. Swamp

I came up with three packages, but I never entered any personal info at all, not even my name. Just follow the original instructions, but for "reference" just type cmkm.

More false hope. I got reports of numerous packages all over the U.S. It reports all packages sent to anyone with the same name as you. We are grasping at straws here. Time for a Bloody Mary popo

Seeing how easy it is to find names associated with CMKM shipments, I hope their not using OOPS, I mean UPS. LOL!
