Personally, I don't see the company update as being anything more than a "status" update......perhaps on the "Shareholder Meeting" that's not going to take place as originally planned? Or even more likely, status updates of current legal matters, upcoming / amended suits and answering in regards to 2010 Taxes and "standing" in the State of Texas? ( I don't think Tyler will be the ones to tell us about a positive outcome for Mr Hodges actions ). Oh, and while I'm at it.....what's with people spouting they want closure one way or the other? Wouldn't one rather be looking for a positive outcome - and the fact that there is no final outcome yet meaning there is still hope for said positive outcome? Seriously, some would rather this all "dies" just so they can get on with their lives and have closure? Really? ( not necessarily from this board.............. )  TC |
