page 200 of the pdf This was in yesterday's gossip. According to the doc's - there are enough shares "left" to be able to do this. As far as this action goes, wouldn't it have been a good incentive for the BOD to get CMK(*) back to being a viable company and give those shares "actual" value? Admittedly, it does make you wonder after KW cut and ran................ TC |
