As I had mentioned earlier this week and still believe, ulterior motives are at work here. And think of all the personal information these shareholders are putting out there that can be used by the unscrupulous once we do get paid. I hope this lawyer can't be bought! Just let Al execute IBM'S plan. How can you not trust a former federal judge whose willing to put his career and law firm on the line. That alone should tell these folks this is much bigger than just CMKX! Let's hope this doesn't interfere with the schedule. Just more random ramblings and of course, JMO. Boyscout

i for one agree AND PUT MY FAITH in mr. hodges, and all that he has done , here is a man who is not asking for funds to find our money , and on the other hand we have a crusader who has put his own time and money to get the s.h.s. what rightfully belongs to them , to me al and his group have shown total and beyond a doubt that he is here for a conclusion in this matter as he is a s.h. as we . this new atty. demands his money up front , and yet we have no proof of benefits of retuns in his requests for funds , most s.h.s. are suffering economic downturns due to the incompetence of this pres. who dosent seem to grasp , what side is up or down , .. no !!im; sticking with the hodges group, and mr. bhollengg,. these are the true warriors in this game anything else is zero gains ,.. starting all over will not bring this to a meaning full ending, any time sooner, than where we are at this point , god bless all 88;ers and bonifieds ,.as al has said WE WILL PREVAIL. !!!IMO . IM STICKING WITH THIS GROUP OF PARTIOTS .....TWT.

This is a perfect example of my problem with you. Those that don't agree with me are kool-aid drinkers?!?
This is the kind of post the Joerocks has said must stop.

Ed, I completely understand where your coming from. I just have no more tolerance for people pumping misinformation. Or people protecting those who pump misinformation.
I'm speaking the 100%, God's honest truth. And yes, I can prove it. I will explain it. And lend every bit of knowledge I can to it.
Until these other folk (who in your opinion I just don't agree with) start doing the same. I can only speculate what they might be drinking, smoking, huffing, sniffing, & shooting to believe the misinformation and then pump it all over these boards.
Their not just partially wrong, but totally and completely wrong. But they think their right. And try to rub it in everybodies faces
How about your tolerance for that. Does Joerocks have any comment for those folks who knowingly use this board to pump misinformation.
Yes ishmel.... I do have a comment. Remember when bob hollenegg said he has proof of Peter maheu being involved? Well he does and I seen it.
