I understand your frustration and every one elses frustration when it comes to having empirical evidence on the fund situation. I am not in a position or even privvy to the actual statements. I do not expect the empirical evidence can be posted on public message boards. The empirical evidence, I believe, will occur with the receipt of the funds by each individual shareholder.

As hard and as determined Attorney Hodges has worked on trying to get the funds released as quickly as possible, the powers that be are working on their time schedule and not ours. This is huge, from what I understand, and the priorities dictate the schedule. CMKX played a small part in this, but a very important part.

When Attorney Hodges provided the updates to the shareholders and to the plaintiffs, the information was accurate and current at the time of the release. Changes do occur.

There is a difference in going after the funds and in controlling the funds. Going after the funds does not mean one is in control of the funds. If Attorney Hodges was in control of the funds, then the shareholders would have their funds.

There are those who complained about Attorney Hodges from the onset, have hired their own attorney in the past, have a contact in the White House, have spoken to several State Attorney Generals and have failed to release the funds, yet they are vocal and threaten those identitfying and releasing the funds.

Why put a time threat on the ones going after the funds when they are not the ones holding the funds. There are those who feel being vocal and threatening those who are actually working to get the funds released will get the job done are quite mistaken. Does it make sense to support actions which are trying to stop those who are working on releasing the funds? I support Attorney Hodges and appreciate the fact that he has bought us closer to the funds than any one else.
